We've stayed at the W twice and we love it! Amazing views, rooms are modern and super nice, the lobby even looks so cool. I am in love with the Bliss toiletries and they have great customer service. I only wish they had a hot tub with the pool. There's a Bliss spa on site that I haven't been able to use yet, but definitely plan to sometime in the future. I can't wait to go back!

Room was clean and functional, if a little cramped with two beds in it. View of the lake and Navy Pier is great. Bathroom door slid closed and didn't really shut all the way which wasn't my favorite. The hotel lobby and bar feels a bit more nightclub than lobby to me, but that is pretty standard for the W hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. I want to especially call out one of the staff from the car drop and pick up area, Rory. He was spectacularly helpful and friendly.

Great hotel and great staff! The location is awesome. I highly recommend getting a lakeside facing room. You get great views of Lake Michigan and the Navy Pier. The room was clean and very modern. 

This hotel has the typical W ‘feel’. The lobby is right in the middle of all the action. It makes for a fun and active atmosphere. The bar is a great gathering point and the staff there are excellent. 

I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back if I find myself in Windy City again!

This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I decided to go on a weekend get away with out 3 month old daughter to visit Chicago for the first time. We took the train from Midway into town and were amazed by the beautiful architecture as we made our way into the city to the W Hotel. When arriving to the hotel, we were greeted and checked in by the operations manager. She was very pleasant and was able to help us with all of our accommodations such as getting a room on a high floor with a nice view of the lake. She even reminded us that only the double bed rooms had tubs so we could bathe our little girl. After getting to the room, my wife asked about getting a mini fridge to store milk for the baby. While they said they didn't have any available, to our surprise after returning from dinner, there was a mini fridge with water, Garrett's popcorn, and a note. We were amazed by the hotel's customer service from everyone top to bottom. The view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed looking out every morning and night. Staying at the W really was icing on the cake to an incredible weekend in Chicago. I've never heard of this chain of hotels, but would stay here again and look for future locations on our trips.

Went in for a quick drink with my sister and it was great. Upbeat trendy atmosphere. Our bartender was fabulous. I don't remember her name but she was friendly and her drink suggestions were on point. Will definitely go back if I'm in the area again.
