Rude staff, terrible accommodations, and insect infested. Only upside is close to downtown. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend a long term stay. The are signs of deterioration nearly everywhere inside. I didn't even ask for my mail because the staff would huff and puff about it like I just asked for a giant favor.

Thanks on your reviews, I was plan on residing in this place but I'm not for example, when I called to ask for the price I heard the woman on the phone who I was speaking with say with an attitude in her voice say He called here yesterday so thatsa sign to not stay here, Im not dealing with that what if this happens. Can I get my mail? You asked for your mail yesterday! Not going here after all.

Reasonably priced with excellent location. Definately not the Ritz, but workable. I liked the private bathrooms. The building itself is safe and secure because you have to be buzzed into two separate doors, just like New York City. Busy corner with buses and public transportation right outside the door. The elevator is ancient. Management is tough but fair if you're honest with them. All kinds of people live here. Reminded me of the Chelsea in NYC back in the day.

The rudest people I have ever spoken to. I've spoken to 3 different people there over the course of 3 weeks and each one is more rude than the one before. They have no respect for any of their tenants and they show it. I rented a room for a friend of mine that was layed off and unemployed and they treated him with zero respect. I payed them first months rent and a move-in fee and they refused to let him into his room. When I called to clear things up, the guy yelled at me that thats not how they do things and then hung up on me. Wish they would have told me that before they took my $1100. Please do not rent from these scumbags.

Please keep in mind this isn't going to be a super modern place like you would find in other parts of the city. With that said you're also not going to be spending $900+ for a studio. The building itself is old and could use some upkeep but nothing too crazy. The location is perfect with a jewel across the street, a 7-11, Mr Gyro and much more. I've read some reviews stating the staff are rude and unprofessional, I have never personally seen this and I've been here for almost a year. Working with the public myself I understand that sometimes guests/customers get upset when they don't get "what they want". When it comes to bed bugs I have seen/heard about some units in the building having them. When the staff was alerted they quickly had someone there to help take care of them. Please keep in mind that even the high end hotels in the city have this problem. They are a fact of life in a big city this doesn't mean the building is unclean. Over all I would say its an ok place. Is it top of the line? no but you're not paying top of the line prices. Its a great place to start your city adventure in. I don't work for the property but I do question some if not all of the low reviews here. When it comes to Mike Andrikanich's review I have to ?? his 1100 dollar amount. Yes they do charge a move in fee and even if he paid the move in fee and a full month or rent his total wouldn't come to $1100 dollars. Also when you move in here you get a terms and conditions letter that you sign and read. If you don't read the papers, well that's on you. ALWAYS read papers you get also its a good idea to ALWAYS read terms and services on anything not just when moving into an apartment, or in this case moving your friend into an apartment.
