They're a bunch of liars. Canceled two of my reservations 2 days before my scheduled trips because "the time I selected is no longer available" when in reality they overbooked the bus and kicked me out of the spot that I booked weeks in advance. Well, how do you know they're lying to you? I saw the bus I was supposed to be on arrive myself. Also, the customer service rep that I spoke with when I attempted to get my refund stated that they no longer run the buses at the times that I booked. Was a consistent and loyal patron with this company for over 2 years. Never will I ride one of their buses again. Especially since GoBuses is cheaper, has more leg room, faster and doesn't lie to their customers.

Wifi didn't work, bus driver got into a road rage competition with a semi truck driver and we came within 6 inches if hitting the semi. Not safe!

Pretty clean, European standards, the legroom is event above that. No heavy smell. I am glad I have taken this bus.

I have been using this service for 10 years and have had a great experience barring unforeseen issues all of the times I or my family members have used it!
