Don’t take it!
I have never left a bad review anywhere before but I absolutely do not regret to leave a ZERO star here! Very rude and dishonest customer service!

I was scared of buying tickets from this company after the rating that it has but wad good so far. Of course wasn’t a 5 stars bus bad was comfortable and it took me to NY safe.
The Bus’s restroom wasn’t working.

The lady taking tickets before boarding the bus was very rude. She started a fight with me stating I did not check-in at the office and did not have my tickets validated. I did in fact check-in at the office, my ID was checked and was given my tickets back with directions to walk to where the bus was parked. Your process is very disorganized and I will never use your services again. Please teach your employees about customer service.

Never go there.I have never left reviews, but this is the words company I have ever met. The ticket says one pick up location and then they make you run to another. The number that both is on the ticket and that the office gave me later to have a refund does not exist. Never go there
