很壮观的综合火车和汽车站,整个建筑非常辉煌,也是一个首都的景点!灰狗巴士需要跟着牌子找Buses,比较绕路。 It's a spectacular comprehensive train and bus station. The building is very splendid and a capital attraction! Greyhound bus needs to follow the brand to find Buses, more detour. It's a spectacular comprehensive train and bus station. The building is very splendid and a capital attraction! This bus port is a nightmare. I had a 3:45 a.m. to Philadelphia and choosing Greyhound seemed like a good idea because I felt that traveling from a terminal would be safer than a street stop that early in the morning. First off, the signage outside isn't clear and the buses don't park at the area listed on the ticket if it's a late night/early morning ride. The ticket kiosk was faulty and wouldn't accept the last digit in my confirmation number because I apparently had a print-at-home ticket. I will say that the ticket agent in the office was patient, and helped me get it printed out. Unfortunately, when I finally got on the bus, the only seat that someone wasn't curled up in the fetal position on was jammed behind another seat. I tried to push it--really put some elbow grease into it, too--before the driver finally came to lend a hand. As he worked on it I overheard a male passenger say that it would "just slide black again" so I asked if he'd mind if I sat next to him instead. Then, as if that wasn't a nightmare enough, the driver observed me taking a seat next to the guy and said, "Next time don't have me do all that work for nothing," and when I ignored that comment, he went even further, adding, "Feel safer next to him? He'll protect you." What in the holy hell. This was a trash-can-fire of an experience, and I've had better service and witnessed better safety standards on the $20 Chinatown buses Greyhound is always struggling to compete against. Now, I see why they're struggling. They need to do better across the board.

The worst experience ever. The Greyhound staff was so very rude and unhelpful. Will try to never use Greyhound in future... I bought the tickets online. They said to be at the station half an hour before the departure. I came 50 minutes before. The line was huge and I was not able to get the tags for my luggage in time. The driver and the other staff said they do not care and it was my problem... It was terrible.

It took me 24 hrs to get where i was going in 11hrs and 55 minutes. Now on the way back all 3 buses is running late so have not got to get. Food drink or and only 1/2 cigarette for 12 hrs by time i get to my transfer place the bus is already to leave both transfer place then i had to put my suitcase under the bus myself trying to pick up a 43 lb bag to put it on top of another bag only place left. Can't wait to get home. Don't know if i will travel Greyhound again???
