If I could give zero stars I would. After ordering tickets online with a garage parking pass I was lead to from the Greyhound website, the parking garage could not be found. I pulled into the station to ask the attendant if he knew where it was. Upon entering, the station attendant was on his phone in the back seemingly on the phone with a friend. After 5 minutes, I knocked on the counter and said excuse me? He came out on his phone, told the person he had to go. I asked him he knew where the garage was-He responded by saying the bus company is not affiliated with parking garages. I showed him exactly how the site directs you to a website once you look for parking options where you can choose a parking garage. His response: “that’s news to me.” After acknowledging he too had no idea where it was, I asked him where people usually park for 1 to 2 days when taking the bus. His response: “I can’t tell you where to park.” After trying to hold a conversation if there were any parking garages or lots around available to the public, with a constant response of “I can’t tell you where to park,” I left the station. Eventually I found a parking garage that was 8 minutes from the station. I ran to catch the bus however i was too late, and had missed it. The attendant was not willing to help me in the situation. I look forward to calling the corporate company to report this tomorrow, and hopefully get my money back. 

I don’t suggest wasting your time here at all. Station attendant (as there was only one) was not courteous, nor helpful and had no people skills.

Very helpful staff. Clean, warm, and comfortable waiting area. Bathrooms, vending machines, water fountains, seats all available. Easy walk from downtown Silver Spring. Pizza place and 7/11 across the street. If you buy tickets online in advance, you can get some great deals.

Clean location. Helpful and kind staff. I did not use the bathroom. Please note that Peter Pan Bus Lines no longer picks up here you must go to the Silver Spring Metro Station on the second floor of the bus depot if you purchase a ticket for Peter Pan.

This is a disgrace to USA. Never in my life will I use this bus again! My whole family suffered on our way to and from DC. The ticket lady at wilmington station was abusive and discriminating!  Horrible!

Staff was extremely helpful but the place just doesn't feel comfortable. Feels like they are missing something.
