We were first at the bus line yesterday December 26, 2017 for the 7 AM Baltimore, New York trip. The Peter Pan Bus driver stated that he had only 31 places, and decided to start with families with kids. So people who were completely at the back with kids (some of whom were older children), got first priority to the available best spots. Some others just snicked in pretended to be part of a family (friendly waves) while we were stupidly watching as the lady from the company pretended scanning some tickets. We were very fortunate to get two spots as well as a few people behind us on the line; However, we felt very bad for the large number of people who never made it on that bus. It is discerning to think that our return bus would be full by the time we show up.We definitely will not use Peter Pan Bus lines and look for other alternatives to travel to New York next times.We still question ourselves, why did the company sell more tickets than it needed to?

It's used to be good but not anymore. My trip is from silver spring to NYC. Their silver spring stop used to be the same as greyhound which is located in 8100 Fenton, however they CHANGE IT and I didn't received any notification when I brought the ticket!!! 

So I rushed to the new Peter Pan station and I actually arrived 15 mins before the bus departure however I still missed the bus because I couldn't find the stop. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN to give you direction.  I even asked for people if they have any idea and no one knows!!!! 

As a result I have to purchase another bus ride to NYC because Peter Pan do not do any refund/ credit.

THIS DESERVES NO STARS! Trashy service!!!

Horrible service! I had to wait for 2 1/2 hours in the hot sun with a toddler, a senior citizen and a newborn baby. The web site, attendant and the less than friendly bus driver failed to inform us that we were suppose to take the Atlantic City bus to connect to our NYC bus. Due to bad management, incompetent employees and a mediocre web site we missed our connect.

 It was only due to my immediate call to customer service to request either a: refund, a new bus or someone to yell at that we were able to move forward with our trip. The customer service attendant (on the phone) was more helpful with getting us reassigned to another bus. Unlike the attendant behind the counter who told us to "Check and see if the 10:20 bus has any seats." News flash: The 10:20 bus was full. I didn't wait nor did I listen to this guy's lack of knowledge. His reply to our issue:"It's not my job to tell you to get on the Atlantic City bus. It's the bus driver's job." Yet this same ignorant and non-caring attendant was outside helping the driver load their luggage. He glanced at me holding the baby as well as my family carelessly. That would of been the perfect time to mention, "This is the bus you need to be on to get to NY."

Peter Pan's employees are not friendly or helpful they lack customer service skills and are insensitive to their customers time. This proved this bus company is the worst in town. Oh and it started raining while we were waiting for a bus that didn't even arrive on time! 

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ ON THIS BUSTED SERVICE! 

YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF HITCH HIKING THERE!!! 😡😡😡

Rode the bus from the Silver Spring location to NYC. Not only was the bus difficult to find because there were no signs with scheduled bus arrivals, but the bus didn’t even arrive until 35 minutes after the scheduled departure time. There was so much confusion around when the bus would actually arrive and we weren’t notified that the bus would arrive until another passenger called (they originally said it would be an hour late) I’d pay $5 more and take just about any other bus line.

Heard mixed reviews but on the day I arrived for my bus to NYC the staff were jovial, knowledgable and directed me to the waiting area and the bus location without much hassle. 

What may be the pain is finding the bus depo which is on the top mezzine level. 
DIRECTION: 
Enter the main entrance of Union station and walk straight preferably under the gateway that says 'BUS' keep walking straight until you've reached the Train terminal doors in alphabetical order. From there take the escalator up and the following escalator up that is marked by 'buses and hire cars'. 

Same goes for Greyhound buses which have a ticket office right beside PeterPan.
