I went to Kia to "look" at my options on the lot. I really didn't have too much of an idea as to what I wanted (other than an SUV) or what I was going to be approved for. I was introduced to a man named Frank who asked me just enough questions to get an idea of who I am and what I wanted. We walked out to the lot and I spotted my new ride immediately! After driving her, I did a little bit of research and saw that the price that I was paying was right in line with what others were asking as well. Frank was polite and considerate. He consistently made sure that I didn't need anything while at the dealership. There was no opportunity to be confused or uncomfortable. I did not feel pressured or flustered at any point. Frank became more of a friend than a salesman consistently through the whole process, from beginning to end. Also, the vehicle that I purchased had a small radio malfunction and Frank made sure that it not only got fixed, but also replaced and upgraded!! My experience with all of the guys at Kia was so easy breezy, I will definitely send my friends over there! Just wanted to say thank you to Chris the manager of Kia, Frank, my salesman and Eric in financing! You guys are awesome!!

After buying my Daughter a new Kia From Bev Smith a year ago, we were so pleased with quality and performance of the Forte and the helpfulness of the staff after the sale, that I purchased one for myself this weekend. Mike "Captain Mo" Ashley was again my salesperson and like before, he listened to what my needs and price point were and put together an incredible deal for me. No pressure, no gimmicks, just straight forward with the options available to me. Mike and the financing manager worked together to expedite the paperwork to get me on the road as soon as possible. Car buying can often make for a long day and stressful experience. Not at Bev Smith Kia! I got the deal and the car I wanted very quickly! Thank you again!

My mother bought a used car from Bev Smith Kia and recommended I go check it out. Then my coworker also recommended same sales person my mother had. Brandon Taylor was kind and helpful even when I was a little difficult b/c that's just the way I am. He explained everything and was very kind. They also keep food and drinks for the customers. Needless to say I bought a new car and I love it! would recommend this dealer to anyone..

Scott Meyers and his service center team are absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very helpful, polite, and patient; they answered every question I had about my service appointment and made sure I understood everything before it was done. The rest of the staff is also fantastic! I've had my car for a year, but when it's time to trade in, we will always come back and purchase from here!

Great staff and management!! New customers looking to buy a Kia or a car, in general, make sure to come here. You'll get a great deal if you negotiate! Noelia, who speaks Spanish, was the lady responsible to sell me my first car - 2017 Kia Soul. No, I was not paid to write this. It's the honest truth.
