I was able to work with Ed in obtaining the vehicle I wanted. Ed is very courteous and professional. It was a great experience. The staff makes you feel comfortable with the whole process. Arrigo offers a better choice in vehicles due to the ability to buy cars from several locations while dealing with a location near your area. I was impressed with the huge inventory to choose from relative to other dealerships. Do yourself a favor and go Arrigo!

We wanted a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee and this WAS the place to find one, with hundreds to choose from. Our salesman Tony Dauria was fantastic and help us narrow down what we needed and wanted to just a few to make our job of picking one easier. I forgot my wallet so the Wife Unit took the drivers seat for a test drive. Loved the car, so I took a test drive the next day. Got a super price for m trade in and they worked with me for a out the door price that made my bank account happy. This is the PLACE to get your new Jeep from. Thanks Tony and Arrigo for my new Jeep.

We have previously given a 5 star experience as Jeff was a great sales person and his manager was great too. While doing the paperwork we were caught off guard by the $499 tag fee. However the business manager assured us that it was only an estimate and that they would refund any money over the actual cost. When we didn't have our license plate a week before our license was to expire we called an left a voicemail for the business manager that was not returned. We call the day our licensed expired and left a voicemail that was not returned. We waited several hours and called back. The receptionist searched for the business manager who said he would call to look into it and call me back. He didn't. I called back and had to have him tracked down again. When I asked about the refund for the overage he said he was unsure of how much it was and the tag department was closed. He would check with them on Monday and call me back. I haven't heard back and that was three weeks ago. I have left him several more voicemails. A receptionist also told me a sales manager would call me back since the business manager was ignoring me. I have't heard back from him either. The sales process was good until after the sale

Really lucked out with a positive and enjoyable car buying experience here at Arrigo. Brought my new car back for some work and lucked out once again with EXCELLENT service, thanks to Alex Reyes. Highly recommend meeting with him in the service department, all my questions have been answered and I am definitely one happy customer!!

What a wonderful experience. I must say your Sales Consultant Kevin Bromley made the whole process feel as though we were in and out in record time. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Hat's off to Kevin, and thanks again. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Arrigo.
