William was excellent!  It was my first experience with Wallace Lincoln service department and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The lounge area was modern and very comfortable. William was personable and polite. After welcoming me he answered all of my questions and made the necessary repairs promptly returning my car clean and better than I brought it in. I am a very happy customer.

First things first!! What can say, this place is the definition of trash!!! Horrible customer service from Billy. He lacked personality and his witty/sarcastic jokes were very VERY offensive to me and my young adopted black son and our pet poodle telling me to "keep him on a leash". I expected more out of this man. I went in for an oil change and came out with a broken windshield wiper (which still has not been replaced and it's been 12 weeks.) I want my replacement or I won't come in for my tire allignment Monday morning. Great snacks tho.

rich and wayne (manager), at wallace lincoln ,helped make the purchase of my brand new lincoln an amazing experience.  they exceeded my expectations with their excellent service and experience.  they located the perfect vehicle i wanted and had it delivered to the showroom the next day. the transaction was smooth and easy and delivered with  a warm handshake.  i highly recommend wallace for your next vehicle.

I specifically looked at Wallace for a car because of their large presence in the community.  They came through with flying colors, way over what one would expect in dealing with the sale and financing of purchasing a car.  Special kudos to Michael in Sales and Diane in Financing!  Recommend very highly.
