From setting up an appointment to leaving the service department, my experience couldn't have been better. I was able to make an appointment for the exact time I needed one. My car was serviced quickly and I couldn't have been there for more than an hour. Any questions and concerns I had were answered and explained thoroughly.

I was able to negotiate a fair price, complete all the necessary paper work and drive off with a much needed new family sized vehicle (baby #2) =) within a short afternoon.  I’ve leased and purchased a few cars in my life time and this by far has been the best experience. Helena was professional, curteous and knowledgeable.  You have to admit when a sales individual can answer your questions without having to check back makes the process so much easier.  She made the experience flawless, and she will be the reason I return to that dealership for future needs.  The reality is all dealerships are the same it’s the personnel that makes the difference.  Thank you Helena!!

Warning!
Be careful! If you pay for repairs from your pocket, be prepared after each repair to get a new problem for your car. Kathy Buruyides - service consultant with a sweet smile before the repair begins will give you one amount, and when you come to pick up the car you will find the amount $200 - $500 more expensive. A phone call to her is not possible, she does not respond to messages and repair is always done with a delay. City Buick GMC does not want to work with Extended Warranty.
The last time I used this service, I got a car without a radio when before, it was working fine. The radio did not work. To my question, Kathy B. and the manager of City Buick GMC say they are not responsible for the radio! And then they offered to place a new one for $1200.

Excellent service! Went there after leasing my first vehicle and was welcomed like a  family member. Joshua is friendly and knowledgeable and purchased 2 vehicles the second time around. Nobody beats City Cadillac Buick GMC!

When my father and I arrived to City Cadillac Buick GMC, we had our minds set on one car, but after seeing a considerably larger one with price that was not that excessive we choose that one: a GMC Arcadia. The salesperson, Mr. Santino Curatolo made it a point to mention all the qualities of the car, but his workmanship shone through when we discussed the price. He was very understanding of our limitations, and tried to make the best possible deal, all circumstances considered. The Financial Rep also proved understanding. This was a far cry from another dealership we went to, where there was always some paper form, or scenario that prevented us from moving forward with a deal. We ended up getting the car that we wanted from City Cadillac Buick GMC, and it was a smooth process, one that I can say I was thoroughly pleased with.
