From the start, the sales staff were friendly but not pushy, which immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed during our "look around.". When we were finally interested in one particular model, our sales consultant, Jonathan Persaud, was professional, amiable and best of all, he patiently answered all of our questions. When we decided to lease a vehicle, not only did Jonathan make it easy by having us fill out some paperwork before we came back to the dealership to save time, but the finance person we met with, Jose Lopez, was congenial, and also professional, and clearly explained every aspect of the paperwork we filled out. When I asked one of the other sales people what the WiFi password was, not less than 3 sales people made sure they provided me with the correct password. All in all, the entire staff made the whole process of deciding what car we wanted and ultimately getting the perfect vehicle a smooth, stress-free and FUN one! We highly recommend them!

Benjamin at Koeppel Subaru was excellent. He was professional and not pushy. We were very grateful he was able to help find us a car that we could lease on the exact budget we wanted to stick with. Overall very good experience!

My fiance and I went in to peruse the inventory and while we were there we were greeted by a guy who was supposed to be taking my e-mail address down to call me the next day. As I was spelling my name out I'm literally watching him spell it wrong so I spelled my whole name out again and asked if he had it correct he told me yes as if I were a pesky fly.. To say the lease he gave me his card but I will not be spending thousands of dollars on a car when an employee cannot even give the common courtesy to spell your name and e-mail correctly. I also understand that I do not have a huge budget for the car and that may be the reason why he was so dismissive.

I had a great experience with this dealership.  If you're looking for someone who can really help you, whether you already know or do not know what you want, look for Benjamin. He helped me from the start to finish. I factory ordered my car, and when it came in, he made the transition smooth and easy. He went through all the new car features step by step with me, and warned me of all the "dont's" that might harm the car. I have dealt with other dealerships before and have never received the same time and attention that Benjamin gave me.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Koeppel Subaru.  Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and quick!  This was definitely a "no hassle" experience which was quite refreshing to find in the auto world.  Within one hour of being at the dealership I had chosen my car and Benjamin had worked to get me the deal that I wanted.  I picked up my car a couple weeks later.  Before I drove off the lot, Benjamin took the time to show me all of the new gadgets the car had to offer, make sure I was comfortable with everything, and filled me up with a new tank.  I've had my car for nearly two weeks now and absolutely love it!  On a side note, the waiting area there is filled with lots of tasty but somewhat healthy treats :)  I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone!
