The process was clear and the staff members were all very respectful and patient. Our salesman, Mr. Sky Chan was absolutely amazing and he was there to guide us and help us through out the entire process from the moment we stepped inside the dealership all the way to the moment we drove off our brand new car. He was phenomenal on how he handled us as customers, and we were able to tell that he really cared and wanted us to get the exact vehicle we wanted. Sky was very patient throughout the entire process and he never backed down and stuck with us till he was 100% certain that we were fully satisfied. He tried very hard with his manager (Mr.Harry, who was also great!) to negotiate and settle on a great deal/price for a brand new car. I would not have received this type of service anywhere else and me and my family stuck with Paragon the whole way through because of the strong and friendly relationship Mr. Sky Chan built with us. Paragon is lucky to have him as a salesman and I would definitely recommend Paragon Honda to everyone and all my friends for their next vehicle purchase because of the easy and amazing experience Mr. Sky  provided us with during our time there and of course, the staff in general were all top notch. Everything was explained carefully and clearly and we felt confident purchasing a new car from Paragon Honda. A big thank you to Mr. Sky and the rest of the Paragon Honda staff!

I just purchased a 2018 CR-V from Paragon Honda and my experience was great. Lucas had assisted me and he was awesome. He went above and beyond to guide us through the process and get us a great deal on my new vehicle. It was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car and it's all thanks to him. The rest of the staff there made us feel welcome and were very friendly. I definitely will be recommending Paragon Honda to anybody that's interested in buying/leasing a new car.

I purchased a used 2012 Nissan Rogue from Paragon Honda and had a great experience from beginning to end. Gabriel was the salesperson who assisted me and he was incredibly friendly and professional throughout. It was my first time getting a car from a dealer and Gabriel did an excellent job at explaining everything each step of the way. The rest of the staff there are also very friendly and I appreciate that even though I didn't finish with my paper work until after closing hours, everyone was very patient and stayed until I was done. I definitely will be recommending Paragon Honda to anybody that's interested in getting a new or used car

We had a great experience at paragon Honda and especially with Sky Chan. They worked around our schedule to get all the paperwork done—Sky even drove into manhattan twice to meet us so we could sign paperwork without us having to take the subway back out to queens. The car is exactly what we wanted and they took the time to explain how everything worked before we left with it, despite it being a busy Friday night. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and very nice to our two little kids.

My husband and I just financed an used car with Honda Paragon. We were so lucky to meet Sky Chan. He’s very friendly, very kind and very honest with us as first-time car buyers. Sky was patient with us, too. We went to the dealer 4 times until we closed the deal buying the car we love!!!
I liked working with Sky not only because he walked us through all the necessary steps of choosing and buying a car. But also, he never pushed or tricked us to get into a deal that didn’t suit our needs and our financial situation. Furthermore, he treated us like friends.
