Efficient service. Steve was an extremely helpful salesman. Not pushy or trying to oversell. He saw we had our daughter with us and understood what we needed. The process was quick and even though we waited every now and then it wasn’t too bad. The place was crowded and bustling with people but he never lost track of us. It was a good overall experience.

I was referred to Major World by mom who has had her car for several years and has had nothing but nice things to say. I made the decision to buy my own car here. I went very well prepared with a list of cars I had in mind, my price range, and my down payment. When I arrived I was treated by Maria C. who was very honest with that some one the card I picked weren’t in great condition and even showed me the cars to confirm. She then talked to me at great length and tried to stay strictly with in my price range. She was able to find me a newer version of the car I wanted at a great price even with an extended warranty. I also had a great experience with Kelly P. who helped me greatly with finding the cheapest and most comprehensive insurance plan. I would refer anyone here

Excellent place, had a wonderful experience. Found a car within my budget. Was so happy I came back with my cousin. He purchased a vehicle, now another cousin wants a new car. I think we started a trend lol found out new family car dealership. Extremely satisfied with this dealership and their staff. Heads up be prepared to spend the whole day here though. Patience is needed but it all works out well in the end!

Adam, Bryan, and JB were absolutely fantastic. You need a car? Head to all three of them. Great team. They made sure all the “car language” was easy to understand and that I left satisfied with the car I wanted within my budget and an excellent insurance policy. Easy working with the three of them.

Thank you so much for the new car and the FANTASTIC experience.

Maria made my experience at major world very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Also Federico was EXCELLENT. Making sure my partner and myself understood everything about out vehicle and monthly payments. I’m very please with the customers at major world and will be referring my friends and family to them. Also Talese was very helpful making sure all the insurance was transferred correctly.

I had to update my review because Maria sold me a Mercedes with NO GAS, NO OIL, NO COOLANT and she knew when she before hand that the car needed this and ensured me that it will be taking care of before I leave. However that was A LIE I message her several times and she never responded to my messages. I don’t appreciate having to take my brand new car to get service!!!
