Professional. Smaller dealership providing personal and excellent service. Beautiful showroom. Ziggy in sales and Jason the sales/finance manager were very cool and no pressure. Highly recommend.

I've had my vehicle 6 months now and want to 5 star the service center (oil changes, etc.). The customer service is fantastic here. My car is well taken care of. I am 100% a satisfied customer. Since my car is used its had a couple of small items pop up but it never turned into a $HUGE$ problem - in other words, I am not being ripped off.  Legit service. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely LOVED this place. I have been driving around for days, going to many different dealerships in many different places, checking out vehicles; and it was ONLY this place that treated me with SMILES and treated me with RESPECT! Everyone that I spoke to in here whether at the front desk or a salesman in passing was concerned and helpful. Especially a BIG thanks to Arthur and Jeremy. They worked with me, they were patient with me and made me feel nothing but welcome, and I couldn't have appreciated more. I was able to get not the vehicle that I came to look at; but EXACTLY what I wanted/needed/was looking for from the very beginning of my long search. I am VERY happy with my purchase. The VIC was fate as well as the dealership. Thanks again to you all.

They are very professional an excellent customer service. I had no appointment and showed up to see if they can squeeze me in and sure enough they did. While I waited for my car they offered me some coffee and donuts. Love this place they do great work and shout out to all the employees.

Our car buying experience at Northstar was so pleasant and seamless. We did not feel pressured at all.  Both Arthur and Jason genuinely seemed to want to make sure we were happy with both our vehicle and the process. We would absolutely recommend Northstar!!!

Jonathan O from north star Mitsubishi was great salesman he got me approved and driving in less then 3 hours . Very happy with my new car ... I would recommend my friends and family.5 star service
