Every Joann employee was unfriendly and rude to me during my visit today. Usually have ok experience there but maybe everyone is mad to be working the week of Christmas because they were downright rude today. I asked a cashier to check inventory on an item and she was very rude when she just kept repeating " um I don't have a scanner". No explanation, didn't try to get assistance on her earpiece, so I had to buy a glue bottle with tons of dried glue on the outside cause she would not help me. She talked down to me like I am stupid. Train your employees better at this location please! Not as big a selection as other bigger Joanns locations, but still has a lot of great stuff. Some of the coupons are picky with how you can use them, but they do accept competitors coupons which I love! This location is always organized and clean too.

I generally have good experiences at Joann's and it is a good place to shop. However today I had the misfortune to have Lana help me at the fabric cutting area. She didn't greet me, made no eye contact and mumbled answers to my questions. In addition I had my kids with me and she called them out. For goodness sakes, they are kids and leave the parenting to me (which I was already doing). Not a great experience today.

The people are really nice and will stop and help you with everything you need . Sometimes there are long lines at the cut counter and the checkout area. We go there to enjoy ourselves and should be as patient with the employees as they are with us...

Amazing staff!!! We are doing a project our grandmother did 50+ years ago. With their help I think we got it and will be successful!! Thanks team!

Everything just took way too long. The phone call before I came in, the cutting counter, the register. I was able to get what I came for but the process needs to be more efficient.
