I have Paid $450 for a brake job and had to bring it back in 5-6 times, within a month.

I still don't have brakes and they don't know how to fix it.

I've spoken to the regional manager and he told me to bring it back in.

Hate giving bad reviews but at this point I feel scammed.

I don't trust them working on my car anymore.

Now I have to go to a dealship and restart the hole process because they didn't know how to work on my car.

I will delete this review if they make it right.
Very disappointed.
Total waste of money.

If I could I would give no stars. Dustin was the front desk guy and he was nice to my fave turned out to be a total joke but they were all shady scam artists. They said it would cost $730 to fix my breaksm just got mine fixed by my dad for under $200.  They were rude. Broke my keychain and lost my bracelet but my hub cap is suddenly broke... I can't prove it since it's my word against theirs. Screw just Brakes.👌🖕🖕

I would rate no starts if I could. First off the lady said they would have my car in the shop whithin 30 minutes so I took a walk and came back an hour later and it still hadn't even been looked at so I waited another hour then they finally took it in then 30 minutes later  they told me I needed to replace my back rotors and shoes, it would be around $500 to do so I decided to just take my car to the Honda dealership because they know what they are doing. It turns out that it was not the back breaks at all, it was the front rotors and they don't need to be replaced they just needed to be shaved down and it was only $100. Don't go to just breaks they will try to rip you off and say you need to replace something that costs way more then what you really need.
