The guys that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great deals, great products, amazing bikes. They also have bike groups that meet on Saturdays that are fun with a ton of great people!!

I've been shopping at performance bicycle for quite a few years from when I lived in California and here in AZ. The prices have always been good. I haven't had a lot of extra service done on my bikes. Most of the time I do that myself. Although, if my next bike purchase is one with disc brakes and more sophisticated shifters, I think I'll have them service it. I know their capable. What I have appreciated most has been the service I've received in the sales process. The last few times I've been to this store, it's been the manager, Chris. This guy knows his bikes and everything else in the store you need to have a great ride. And what he doesn't know, he'll say so and ask one of the other skilled technicians or staff or look it up online. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. If I had a retail business I would be doing my best to steal him away. Give him a raise Performance? HC

Was Christmas shopping from out of town and stopped in with few questions.walked out with some new gear and staff was great from start to finish will definitely be back to make my new purchase on bicycle soon.

Really good repair service. Guy did it right in front of me and just charged me for the part and $10 labor. Really great!

I purchased a bike from them that had to be ordered. Very good experience. The staff took the time to help me find what I was looking for. The order arrived sooner than expected which is always a plus.
