Mark was super helpful. He helped my son get his bike properly set up. He helped us with a bottle cage and water bottle. Then he took some time to answer some additional bike questions. We will definitely be back to global bikes for any other bike issues.

Took my old Klein into the shop to get a major tune up and my Hayes brakes looked at. Upon arrival, I was told that there’s a serious issue with the Hayes lines and that I would need an upgrade. I was planning on upgrading to a Shimano set but then was called a couples of days later and they restored life back into the Hayes brakes. Any other shop would have probably sold me the new brakes but thanks to these guys I can keep this 2001 gem all original! Also the tune up is perfect and my bike looks and feels brand new again! Thanks Global Bikes!

Went in today hoping to get some advice about tuning up and fixing a rather neglected bike and really appreciated the honest and thorough opinions I received from Dustin. He took the time to answer all of my questions without seeming impatient whatsoever. I most of all appreciated the fact that he gave me his time knowing that I wasn't likely to make a purchase that day and he didn't pressure me either. I can remember nearly a decade ago when I was in my early teens that my pedal broke not too far from their store and they fixed my pedal without charging me when I was just a kid and didn't have a penny on me. I had about 5 miles more that I had to go that night. If it wasn't for Global I would have had a rough time getting home. In addition I've had street bikes and mountain bikes tuned there and they were returned so much smoother and better than before. When you go to Global, it's for their customer service and A+ knowledge. You're going to have a hard time finding someone with a better operation then them.

This is a great bike shop. I've bought two bikes from them. They are knowledgeable, honest, they never try to sell me more than what I need, and they respect my budget. I've been very happy.

Bought a Specialized from the shop and got a good deal on the bike with a dropper post included. Problem was when they put on the dropper, it didn’t even fit my height, and secondly, was a post that wasn’t internally routed, which looked terrible. When I came to pick the bike up, the manager felt horrible about it and also agreed and wanted to make it right. He had to order me the right post which was a bit cheaper than the original, and was going to credit me $100 as well for the trouble. Post was supposed to come in a week, but had no follow up from the shop. Had to call twice to finally hear when the post was coming, which ended up being two weeks. After having to make two extra trips to finally get the bike, the previous manager didn’t communicate anything we talked about, and I only got the credit from the difference of the two posts. Not getting the credit wasn’t a big deal—I more felt that the staff didn’t apologize or empathize at all with the inconvenience of the whole situation.
