My Background I am an avid cyclist with 30 years experience in the saddle. My initial cycling passion was road. I rode between 75 to 125 miles a week. Two years ago I bought an entry level hardtail just to see how I like riding trails. Honestly, I never thought I would like riding trails it as much as I do. It has been a great experience because riding this type of bike taught me to learn my lines better because a hardtail does not have the forgiveness of a full suspension MTB. Also, because when I had accidents it was cheaper to repair. Anyway, the time has come where I a have outgrown the level of bike I currently own because I am riding it beyond its intended capabilities; I’m riding blue and black trails, and now getting some air time (wahoo!). My Strava times improve almost every ride, and yes some days are better than others.... As a result I just purchased a new full suspension bike the other day from the Bike Shop. A new chapter in my bike life begins... Bike Shop Review I’ve bought five bikes from the Bike Shop because the staff is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have guided me along the way with good advice with every purchase. Their repair pricing is also very competitive; I’ve had my share of spills on my hardtail.... Also, If it was a quick fix they said no charge. They put the customer before profits and this is a reason I am a loyal customer. The staff at the Bike Shop does not hover over you and pressure you with sales; they are simply there to answer your questions and sell you a bike, parts, or other products when you are ready to buy. NOTE: if you read my background you know I just bought my second trail bike. Long story short, I had my eyes on a higher level bike for a year at this moment and every time I stopped by to look and learn, not one time has Jack “the owner”, Gary or Dave “the mechanics” ever made me feel like I was anything other than a valued customer. I keep coming back because I feel valued as a customer and because their prices are extremely competitive. I unequivocally recommend the Bike Shop.

Love this bike shop and all the staff. Was visiting from California and found them helpful and friendly. Rented a bike for a great price and rode with the local group all week and had so much fun. The store is stocked very well with high end great quality bicycle equipment. Like them so much I became Facebook friends with the owner. Top quality, the very best, trust me.

Today Valentines Day..2017 took my bike in and asked if they could adjust the back breaks and do a tune up the answer was: there was an adjustment screw missing...I asked him if he would be able to find one and he said he did not know...said "I dont have a drawer full of parts"... so I asked if he could put a new part on...he said he would have to look.....and he seemed I was bothering him...told me I could go find a screw at a hardware store.... I walked out ....this is terrible service and I do not recommend this bike shop.....I find it interesting because he fixed my wife's bike no problelm...guess being male was not as impressive!
