Norm was great and extremely helpful. He took care of my bike right away and explained what happened to it. They sell lots of cool accessories and must haves for your ride and prices were good too. I would definitely recommend that you visit.

I needed some shifters for my mountain bike, the old ones had broken. Not only did they find the exact ones I wanted, they explained how they needed to be ordered according to the gears on your bike. 3 days later, I got the call to pick up the parts. Super friendly and informational, a lot of businesses should operate like this place does. Plus, when I went in there on Saturday, let's just say I wasn't dressed very good, and they treated me great. If I ever level up on a bike, I am going here.

I blew a tire at 11:30 on the beach on a Sunday.  We brought bikes with us for a condo rental.  Couldn't find a bike place nearby that was open.  They were there from 12  to 4pm.  Got there at 1pm and the two guys changed my two tires and tubes in 20 minutes.  You can't ask for  better than that.  Thanks, guys!!

This place is the BEST!!!  I bought a speed concept from Norm for my upcoming Ironman, and the bike is AMAZING!!!  The customer service is top notch.  If you want a TREK, and everyone should, this is the place to buy it.
