I've gone to Gator Cycle from everything from brake cables to getting a new bicycle. Michael and the team have been great every single time. This is a place I feel comfortable stopping by even if it is just to say hi. They have special ordered parts for me, talked me through purchases, and every single time it's been great. Highly recommend them, even now when I'm far from Florida I make it a point to stop by every time I'm in town.

I had the opportunity to work at Gator Cycle with a great supportive team and our amazing community of riders and bicycle enthusiasts. As a shop, we always tried to work together to solve problems: learning from each other’s expertise, demanding excellence in our work, and making sure that we enjoyed it in the process. I was encouraged to improve my mechanical and customer service skills every day. Gator Cycle made it possible for me to attend the Trek Certified Training School in Wisconsin. This was a huge opportunity to meet fellow riders and mechanics, providing me with confidence, knowledge and great connections for the future. Most importantly, I was always able to take as much time needed with each customer to answer any questions they had. That was something that mattered a lot to me, and I am proud of the shop for always treating people like people! And even though our music tastes were extremely opposites, we all shared something in common: our love for cycling and bikes. I look forward to going back and visiting the shop and crew when I am back in town. So thank you, Gator Cycle!

Great shop. Michael and his staff are competent, friendly and understand customer service! A second mechanic will always check your bike before it leaves this shop. How cool is that? 😀

Super great folks run this shop. Have had my gravel, commuter and mountain bikes serviced here always with first rate attentiveness and standout quality workmanship. Turnaround time is quick and never any unexpected costs. Great prices and manager is a real stand up honest guy. Fantastic shop.

Michael and his employees at Gator Cycle have been amazing for my son and I. I depended on them when starting up a business which was initially bicycle based. They advised me on tire selection after some roofers left thousands of tiny aluminum shards on my parking lot, and I was able to resume work in short order. They helped me keep my 1978 Schwinn Le Tour II rolling around Alachua county during that critical time. My son commuted 3 miles to kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades on a trek bought and serviced by Gator cycle. He's thrilled with his bike, and there is a buyback program for upgrading when he outgrows it. How awesome is that?! You're in great hands doing business here.
