My husband and I recently purchased a Strider bike for our daughter here and it was a great experience. They did multiple adjustments to make sure the bike fit properly and even had a fantastic unicorn helmet that they taught me how to adjust properly. Leaving Bike Stop I knew my daughter was in a SAFE helmet on a bike that fit. Perfect.

Looking to buy a first bike for our son, and they were so helpful. They went over the best price options, the pros/cons of buying from a big box, and help size him correctly. After we bought a used bike off craigslist from a good manufacturer, they help customize a few of the pieces (the kick stand was too long) and gave us a quick course in proper bike maintenance. They even suggested lower cost storage options at the hardware store, depending on the location we were using.

Last time I rode a bike was when I was 15. For being my first time actually buying a bike, they were incredibly helpful, they guided me to which bike would be good for me, all the necessary gears, great customer service. If there is something not on the store they will order it for you, simply great.
