Amazing selection and great deals for any budget. The employees are very knowlegable and willing to share advice. I bought my first good bike there and never had any regrets. They DO get busy in the summer, but so does every bike shop at that time. This is by far the best bike shop in the county.

Bikes & Beyond saved us after my mate totaled his bike after smashing into a parked car. We needed a new frame and fork and Scott let us strip down a brand new bike to sell us the frame and let us use the workshop to transplant all the working bits over to the new frame. This was on a Saturday too! Its the sort of bike shop I would love to work in!

I have had nothing but negative experiences with this bike shop. The employees take far too long to perform simple repairs, the staff is unfriendly and rude, and they have (on several occasions) opened quite late. (40+ minutes after their posted hours).

This is a well stocked bike shop with many options as well as knowledgeable staff to help you make the right selection. Many accessories are also stocked. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We did not know how to buy riding gloves and would have bought too large but were told to test gloves by grasping a handle bar... if there is a fold the gloves are too big. One of the important features for me, being relatively new to the sport of cycling, is my questions are answered without making me feel judged. I've asked done interesting questions here and they always answer with kindness and politely. I've crashed my bike twice since getting it about a month ago. The staff remain encouraging and yet gave me a little ribbing after I shared some of the things my friends had said. If you need a bike or happen to need work on your bike this is the place to come in the north coast in Oregon. I world even come over from the south coast in Washington!
