This is an overdue review of a fantastic bike shop!   Whether you have a bike from a big box store or a high end road bike, they know how to repair it.  We were on a family vacation from Seattle and a well-known Seattle bike shop couldn't repair some things on my new bike that I had ordered online.  I took it into the Prom Bike Shop and they fixed EVERYTHING quickly and cheaply.  They fixed a bunch of small stuff on the bikes for the rest of my family and did a few upgrades.  While we were in the shop, some bicyclists who were on a long road trip came in and needed some highly technical repairs on an older performance bike.  The Prom Bike Shop knew exactly how to do the repairs and had the necessary equipment on hand.  The prices for gear in their retail shop are great, too!  I only wish I had such a great, honest bike shop near where I live in Seattle!

Awesome service. Same day. Was on the road and needed my bike repaired. Got right in and was excellent all around. Price was right.

The most honest business I have come across. Low prices on bike parts and fast service on repairs. The ONLY place I take my family's bikes.
