I had a much better experience buying a used car at Alexander Ford of Yuma than I imagined I could. They offered a fair price for the car, a fair trade-in value for my old car, fair financing terms, and really great follow-up assistance with a few little things that needed to be fixed. We were going to go to Phoenix for the lower tax rate (if nothing else), but I'm really glad we stayed local. I am very impressed, and will buy from them again.

Took the Cherokee in for "The Works". Had a coupon for service, so figured "why not?". Anyway, the service department and my advisor were both phenomenal. Got the vehicle completely checked out, oil change included, and received a thorough report on my vehicle. It was washed and ready to go, and everyone at the service center couldn't have been more friendly or professional. Great work, efficient and timely.

When a bad event turns into an excellent experience. On Wednesday 6 Sept, I drove (in limp mode) my '17 F-150 into Alexander Ford. I had previously called service dept 20 miles west of Yuma, when Rick Mikes answered. I was towing a 30' travel trailer so Rick met me in the driveway and directed me to a secure parking area so I could disconnect. Rick put me on a fast track analysis because I was on a road trip. He immediately put my wife and I at ease while we relaxed in the lounge area. The analysis was bad indicating that the boost turbo had failed and needed to be replaced. Rick knowing this could be a long turnaround, immediately started working on getting me a rental car and helping finding local accommodations. Our destination was Chandler so we decided to continue on with the rental. Now late in the day, Rick accompanied us back to the trailer and helped us unpack (in 109 degs) parisables and necessities into the rental past 6:00pm. The turnaround took a week and when we returned to Rick, he had set up a meeting with my turbo technician Jose. I was concerned about the turbo failure and Jose gave an excellent reason why these happen. Reassured in the engines realabity we continued our journey. Rick had also fixed the front rotor as a rock had gotten into the brake pad area. It's been over a week now and the truck is running/towing perfectly. I am a very loyal Toyota customer. But I have always loved Ford trucks, especially the Raptor. And when I saw that Blue Raptor sitting on the street display for almost a month it was like it was calling to me to buy it. So I stopped by one day to take a look at it. I was immediately put off by the fact that the dealer put a 10k mark up on the truck. And it had a Sale Tag in it this point. What was the original markup before the sale. I started to walk away and was met by an older salesman (I did not catch his name). And told him that I was not interested in the vehicle at all if it had a ridiculous mark up like that. And he said all the Raptors had mark ups. NOT TRUE, I know of a dealership in Tucson that sells them at MSRP. And I told him that. So instead of trying to work with me, he told me go to Tucson. SO...I went next door to Alexander Toyota and bought a new vehicle from them. Alexander Ford lost a sale because of a ridiculous mark up that a salesman refused to work on for whatever reason. Ford should take note of what Dodge is doing with the Hellcat and Demon and not allowing the markups.
