I took my Hybrid in late in the day for service after my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Ruth in the Service Department was awesome and she promised to have my car diagnosed by the next day. I was happy to discover it was under warranty. Ruth told me it could take up to 5 days to repair. Because my car was under warranty I qualified for a rental car. The Toyota store was all out of rental cars, so she brought me to the Enterprise Rental car inside Alexander Ford. Angelica got me into a rental car in no time and her Customer Service and explanation of everything was A++. They exceeded my expectations and had my car repaired in less than 4 days! Everyone we worked with was Professional and Courteous. I was lucky to have purchased a warranty when we bought the car at Alexander Toyota in 2012.

I brought my car to the Toyota service station due to the annoying squeaky noise coming from the dashboard. I am blown away by the excellent customer service they have here.. Art is a very caring and excellent mechanic because he took the time to explain everything and very patient. He is definitely the only mechanic I would go to for any service here in Yuma. Call in for Mike to get any service done because he is great and very understanding. For anyone going in hungry, they have hot coffee and breakfast pastries at the waiting room.

7/28/17 I had an appointment earlier today with the service department and the gentlemen that attended me, Julio, not only gave me great advice but also saved me over $105 today! A big thanks to him and the service team at Toyota! It turns out the only problem I really had was a small fuse that was easily replaceable at AutoZone. Only cost me $3! Thanks again for the advice on checking the fuse myself Julio! If you ever have to wait for your vehicle in the lobby area, don't be afraid to take a nap like you see in the picture below! (If you do not see a picture there someone napping, that means the Toyota dealership took it down.) All team members will allow you to take a nap and relax while you're visiting their service center! I'll be seeing them again soon!

Very very pushy salesman. We were asked at least 5 times if we were going to buy the car today. He didn't offer any information about the car besides here it is look it over. I don't know when salesman forgot how to be salesman but standing over our shoulder and not saying a word makes us very uncomfortable. He didn't even offer us a test drive we had to suggest it ourselves. Then when we were just about ready to leave and he finds out that we more then likely not going to buy a car that day. He completely ditches us for a new customer with out returning the keys to our current car which he was appraising. Unfortunately I don't have his name because he didn't introduce himself or ask our names for that matter. However Claudia was helping us to get our keys back and with test drive and she was very helpful. Disappointing from Toyota.

I called toyota with only one question. If a dashboard had arrived to the dealer. The guy said he would call me back in 5 minutes and it's been 40 minutes and no call yet. I called toyota and tried about 6 times if not more to get a hold of service department and receptionist keeps answering again and again. If i could give them a review of no stars for them I would. Will never buy a car from this dealership because of their poor customer service. Do not recommend this place
