Everything was a great experience  Josh went out of his way to give us a deal as good as we expected. Dave, the Finance manager was pleasant and professional. Upon completing the transaction we were told the car had only one key. Since it was a new vehicle, actually had 33 miles and sold as used, I was hoping for at least two keys. Angel said he would get us one but we would have to buy it! Really? I would consider this to be a customer service issue. I have since had a call from Angel, the Sales Manager, and he agreed to supply a second key. Even though it is very expensive he stepped up to show true concern for his dealerships reputation.  I would not hesitate to recommend Hyundai of Yuma to friends and family.

I've purchased a lot of vehicles, from several different auto manufacturers, in different states, I even worked for a GM dealership in the mid-2000s. 

The experience I've had with Hyundai of Yuma has been incredibly professional and very much the model every auto dealership should follow. 

From the sales process, to the financing, through several preventive services, and one corrective service, I have been pleasantly surprised each visit with all aspects of Hyundai of Yuma's customer care and business practices. 

Whatever is in the water at Hyundai of Yuma, every single auto dealership in America should be drinking it too! 

I'd rate 10 stars if it we're possible.

We have had both of our cars in for repairs and maintenance. We were very impressed with the professional job and positive attitude of the employees.  Special thanks to Hector Godinez for his hard work and great customer care.

I would like to thank everyone at Hyundai of Yuma for their excellent service and costumer satisfaction, we bought a Sante Fe about 3 months ago, Josh really nice guy!
By far this is our best car buying experience. I understand it's business buy they wen't the extra extra mile to get us a good deal and approved. 
Also they been following up on us. Like I mentioned to Mr Baladi I would recommend Hyundai of Yuma to my family, friends and co workers.  Thank you keep up the good work!

I had an awesome experience with Hyundai of Yuma. They fit the car right into my price point and actually came in lower than what I had anticipated. Josh Cokel was an awesome salesperson and John the GM was awesome as well. I will definitely come here again.
