I took my Jeep in for a traction control light on. After a $100+ diagnostic, they said it was a bad clock spring in the steering wheel. That was going to cost another $500+. After searching on YouTube, I found that I just had to make a slight adjustment on one of the steering bars in the very front. It took me less than 10 minutes and no parts to fix the $600+ job. I was very upset and demanded my money back, even the diagnostic, which they did finally give back. Don't trust these people. Get a second opinion.

Garbage.. ask for a simple yes or no question and could not help me. just as much garbage and Fisher Chevy. piss pore survice

2012 Jeep Wrangler modern warfare 3 I went in with a ticking engine (rocker arm) noise that they had fixed 7 months ago in el centro Rogers and Rogers Jeep. In el centro they wouldn’t warranty their work. I left el centro and I talked to Scott in service in Yuma . At this point I was frustrated out of my mind. I had missed work and drove to el centro for nothing. When I walked in he assured me he would take care of me. Scott offered me a ride home and was very curteous. He called me back to let me know the head was bad and he took care of everything. I was not stressing out at all. The whole time he would update me periodically on my Jeep. Scott would either call me or text me updating me on what was going on. I recommend going to fisher and talking to Scott. He is a no nonsense type of guy. Thank you so much for being professional and outstanding at what you do. You have no idea how much it helps to have someone do their job like they are supposed to. I wasn’t stressed out at all and I felt comfortable with you Scott. Thank you so much for what you did!!!

My husband took our 2012 Dodge Ram into Fisher Dodge for a prepaid oil change. During his time there he was told the center brake light was not working. He was quoted $39.88 to fix it. He declined and went to Walmart and purchased 2 bulbs for $4.99. The bulb needed replaced , not the lense and bulb. He was also told the truck needed brakes at a cost of $400. They said the front was down to 20% and the back down to 25%. He declined and purchased brake pads at O'Reillys for all four wheels at $54. He took the wheels off and removed one caliper. After inspecting all the brake pads, there was atleast 50% on the front and atleast 70% on the back. Also, his receipt stated a "wash job" had been done. The truck was not washed!! He called the service manager and complained. The manager told him he would check it out and call back. He never called back. That is the last time the truck will go to Fisher Dodge. I gave them one star, because I could not "Post" this complaint unless I gave them atleast one star.
