We had an awesome experience purchasing our Tahoe a few weeks ago. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond our expectations. Kevin was extremely helpful and took time out of his schedule to go over each and every feature and function in our new car! We couldn't be more pleased!

First off I want to say that I just went in to test drive a Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon and because of the non-aggressive salesmanship I felt comfortable with Uriel right from the get go, as he talked me through the two vehicles and the differences I started leaning towards the Colorado. When it came down to crunching numbers we went back-and-forth a couple times but by the end of the day Uriel knew I wanted the truck and he worked with me until I signed on the line. Uriel I can tell you enjoy your job keep up the good work and like I told you I will be looking for you when it's time to get my daughter her car in 3 years hope to see you then. I would also like to thank Kevin for his patience in walking me through all the bells and whistles of my new truck and just like you Kevin I remember the days where it was just insert key turn ignition and the car was ready to go LOL great job guys.

Saul was by far the best, nicest, honest and willing to make a deal in the southwest. My next purchase will be from Fisher, if I ever need a new Chevy. If you're in the market for a new truck get with him!

Don't go here for service if you care about your car. I recently moved to Yuma from Missouri and was due for my oil change and for obvious reasons wasn't going to drive 1500 miles back to my dealer for my oil change. So I went straight to closest dealer which was Fisher. I came in for appointment I scheduled and the first thing they say was "oh you didn't buy your car here?". Ok? Why does that matter? I should get a quality oil change on my Chevrolet no matter which dealer I choose. I pass the keys off and proceed to the waiting area where they have a TV with camera's pointed in the shop to watch the technicians. So is that saying I can't trust them and I have to watch them work on my car while I wait? After waiting they call me over and have me sign papers. I glance at them and notice they put 5-30 in my car when it calls for 5-20 but also recommend is 0-20 but not 5-30. I say something about it and they try to tell me 5-30 is a better oil and didn't want to do anything about it till I suggested I go to my glove box and pull out my receipts from my dealer back in Missouri. At which time they said they would take look at it and yes they discovered they put the wrong oil in. The guy at the counter still not satisfied and not wanting to change it calls somebody perhaps the service manager and asks which oil to put in and surprise he says put the 0-20 in it. Just like all my old receipts from my dealer in Missouri. I wait for them to change it a second time fairly irtated that they put the wrong oil in my car with 25,000 miles. They call me over again and give me a new receipt and the guy at the counter goes well that oil looks like it's going to cost $5 more. Are you serious? You screwed up and you expect me to pay for your screw up? Then started his debate about how 5-30 is better when I finally said that 0-20 and 5-20 is for tighter tolerances used in a lot of new cars. He agreed and said sorry he'll waive it this time. Thank goodness one good mark. All while this second time waiting I didn't see my car on those camera's as I mentioned earlier so I can't confirm if they even did correctly fix it. I can't imagine how many times they've done this and people haven't even noticed. My dealer in Missouri would have done everything possible to correct the problem as all Chevrolet dealers should. One last thing to note. They called me the day prior to the scheduled appointment and I answered because usually the my dealer in Missouri called me the day prior to confirm the appointment but nope. Somehow I ended up on there cold call list to sell new cars to without even being asked and not giving any idea that I wanted a new car when I made the appointment. She was very pushy, wouldn't hang up, and had no knowledge of me even getting a oil change the next day. Try someplace else people.
