We purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 S (used) 9 months ago. Since purchasing the car we’ve been plagued with issues. The two current ones are our antenna falling off when driving and an issue, resulting in our battery completely draining within hours of shutting it off. Anywhere we go with this car we have to jump start it. I took it to the dealer and the issue was not fixed. I paid 100 dollars for them to tell me it’s the interior dome light that’s not Turing off when the vehicle does (an aftermarket part apparently). I figured it was the alternator, because I purchased another brand new battery, or some loose ground. I left the dealership without them replacing my antenna or wiring issue. 

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They will sell you a lemon and charge you a lot of money only to to tell you that they won’t cover the issue in the extended warranty (that I’m paying a lot for). They have no class. Like most dealerships, they talk nice to your face and charge you the maximum for minimum effort!

The best of the best!  I never been to a dealership like these guys.  I was skeptical pulling in for service but it turned out the service were cheap and they took care my car like it should be.  Not only they work on my car real quick but the service is no one else, they meet their customer need and beyond.  Glad they operate with friendliness and honesty.

Everyone is very courteous, and the service department is great, this year Luis G., helped me and again I had excellent service.  Each time I have to have our 2012 Honda Odyssey van serviced for the yearly lube job and oil change if they find any other issues they will come and tell me what they are and tell me what the cost will be.  They never install a part without asking first and that is great.  The service coupons that I receive help with saving some money for various types of repairs, and I always take in the coupons to help with the service repair costs.

Took two vehicle here that were in need of a proper and complete diagnostic. Jose Gonzalez is always a pleasure to deal with and he had gotten right on our vehicles. His technician properly diagnosed both vehicles and we were able to correct the issues and get the cars back too our customers. These guys are always honest with us and we know we can trust our customers vehicles here. 5 Star customer service from us!!

We had the pleasure of meeting Joel from Internet Sales Manager in Yuma Honda! My husband said this was the guy who was going to get us exactly want we want! My husband was already very interested and eager since they hit  it off really good, when talking on the phone. Once we got there I knew we were in good hands, Joel is truly kind, humble and down to earth. He worked with us and made a big difference, he walked us through the whole process and explained every detail! Made us feel at ease! Yuma Honda really takes care of their customers, The General Manager and Sales Manager were really nice and polite as well!!! We are extremely happy with our new purchase and Thankful for their wonderful service!! We truly appreciate it and May God Bless you Joel and Yuma Honda Team!!
