I would like to thank your fixing my truck.   And for the kindness, respect and prompt action on this matter.  I was blown away. My hats off to Billingley Ford for the professionalism shown to me the first time I pulled up looking to buy a truck.    Having said that Billingsley Ford takes care of their customers. Thank you and I will be back.

My 2013 Focus was towed to Billingsley Ford for transmission problems. A safety recall on the door latches was fixed also. When I picked up the car the gas tank waa on empty and there was greaae on the interior. When I got home I discovered the window would not work properly. I took it to my local dealer in Fort Worth and they fixed it. I asked to be reimbursed. What a joke, not even a response. I would never take a car there again. Customer service is not in their vocabulary, not even the courtesy of a response. The window tint was also damaged when the glass was loose in the door.

After my 2014 Focus overheated, I contacted Ford roadside assistance. When the wrecker arrived and took it to Billingsley Ford in Ardmore, OK, John and his service team assessed my car after hitting an animal on I-35. The car was undrivable and needed to be repaired before driving again. They not only repaired the damaged part, they located a small oil leak, and did a couple of recall repairs as well! I couldn't be more pleased with the work or pricing in getting everything taken care of! Billingsley is a five-star organization I don't hesitate recommending to everyone!
