Went to get into a new car,was scared things were not gonna go good! I was take. To a man named Sleepy , this man went out of his way to get me what I want for a price I could afford! If u go to Carter County Ask for Sleepy he's a great guy !!

I told them I was coming from Dallas to look at a vehicle and they said it be ready when I got there just to find the guy who told me he'd be waiting wasn't there, and the car wasn't even there! 
So I had to come back again, and I told them three times to make sure it's ready to go fluids all Checked etc, me thinking I'm buying from a major brand dealer everything should be fine and up to standards. I come home just to find multiple problems with my jeep.
They had me buy it before I even saw it, and I never thought to check it first sense I thought there were honest people selling actual working cars. Call the Owner just to find him tell me "well you bought as is so we won't do anything" litterally a week later finding all these problems. Do not recommend this place one bit!  And double check the car your looking at make sure everything works before buying. 0 stars

Everyone is extremely welcoming and willing to sort out any questions or issues you may have. Zack was the one who worked with me and after asking him many questions to re-insure I was getting everything I wanted for the price I wanted to pay; I walked away with a my new car and I couldn't be happier! The dealership has a family feel to it, everyone works as a team to care for all my needs. When one person didn't know how to answer my question fully they would have someone else come in. We worked as a group to solve the problems and it put me at ease.

From the first day when I drove onto the lot to see the Jeep Cherokees they have in stock, I was greeted by Eric Vaughn. He was very helpful and provided me with pamphlets to look over until I was ready to come back a week later and test drive the vehicle. He kept in contact and a week later when I returned to the dealership I was greeted by many smiling faces and throughout the process of test driving a couple vehicles, doing some researching on his computer and getting me approved, Eric and the rest of the Carter County Dodge team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just downright awesome. Eric is a true asset to their company and I am VERY happy with the beautiful new Jeep Cherokee Sport I left with. I personally give them an A+. Thanks Eric Vaughn and CCDCJ team!!!

Service department is wonderful. Very friendly and get things done quickly! We were even charged less than originally quoted so I call that a win!
