I don't know why the cheeseburgers, hamburgers and hot dogs with Hatch green chile are better at Blake's Lotaburger than those costing 5 times more at upscale restaurants. They just are. We always ask for double green chile. SO delicious! Please come to Las Vegas, Nevada!
If I could give negative stars I totally would!! I called my order in to avoid the line, went to pick it up an hour later all doors were locked. Went through the drive thru and was immediately put on hold. Finally they got to me, let them know that I had a call in order and they said I still had to go through the line that was 5 cars deep and not moving. They were very rude. I do understand being short staffed and haven't been to this location since before the pandemic-nothing has changed! You can't even talk to a real person on the phone. Anyways, I left-dont have time to wait in line for an order that should be ready. Lotaburger is the best, but not if you have to go through this.
EDITING FROM 5 TO 2 STARS: I love the food here. Unfortunately, the employees were SO RUDE this last time. My burger took 30 minutes and when I asked for a side of onion, I was met with a teenage like attitude. The guy wouldn't get me the onion so I went and sat back down. I didn't think I was asking for much so I'm not sure why he was being rude about it. The lady working here had a huge attitude as well. These people need to learn how to not take their frustrations out on customers. Completely uncalled for. I can handle long wait times for my food but unnecessary rudeness is where I draw the line. Not sure I'll come back after this.
My husband went to pick up dinner, we always loved the food there. Had not been to the store in a while. It took 45 minutes to get our food, there was only one other customer there. When we finally got our food and brought it home the chicken sandwich was cold, no lettuce or tomato, it has changed and not as good. The burger was also cold. The fries were icy cold as were the onion rings.I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with our meal.We have been buying Blake's for probably 40 years, grew up here. Probably will not buy again. Not the same since it changed hands, and too boot it was extremely expensive for the quality we got.
Bad experience. 4 persons ordering 4:09 pm 12/20/22. My order I heard my wife order me a chicken sandwich with seasoned Fries. Received a chicken boat with regular fries. I Packed my order to go will give away fries to our dog. Will use strips to make my own Sandwich. There are other Blake's. I won't be back to this one. There those of who won't make a scene. We just don't come back.
Ordered online via the automated voice, was a horrible experience. Finally got the order through, went to pick it up and drove home. Got the wrong burgers no chile, no cheese - BLAH!, called to tell them and they did remake the burgers correctly. While that was good, didn't even remake the fries and rings, so by then my sides were cold. Took forever to get to a manager. Should have at least redone the sides as well for my trouble to drive back to blakes. Don't know if I'll go back to this one.
This place is such a disappointment and the reason why I stopped going to Blake’s. Everytime I place an order online, it says to bypass the line to pick up…AND everytime i bypass the line, I get sent to the back and have to wait at LEAST half An hour. The final straw was when I went to pick up an online order that I placed an HOUR ahead. I bypassed the line in the drive thru and got sent to the back behind at least 5 cars. Waited about 20 minutes, and nothing. I parked and decided to go into the lobby, and it was locked at 9am. So I gave up and left. I called the location, and the manager wouldn’t speak to me. She had her employee relaying the conversation between him and I. He stated they couldn’t do anything or give me a refund. He said “my manager said you can come in, and she’ll get you your food” I stated I was at work and could not leave. I just wanted a refund. CAT the manager finally got on the phone and still refused to refund me. Told me I needed to call corporate. So I asked her for corporate number and she said “I can’t give that to you”. I asked her again and she stated “GOOGLE IT”. I hope this place finds better management. I understand being short handed. But the way this was handled is not it.
Ordered 3 burritos received only 2 and the two I received were so tiny and empty and the looked as though they had been squished. I have never received anything like that from Blake's it was very disappointing after waiting quite a long time for the food.
Service at drive through was inefficient, Jaden got the order wrong. $40.00 worth of food. We made due because I didn't want to make the trip back and my workers were hungry. Not what it used to be. Oh well.
Nice employee but fries,bacon on my burger were old. Seems to me this location could use some TLC and have someone in charge who expects nothing but the best fir customers.Food: 2/5
