Guy taking orders sounds like he loathes his job, I was feeling rushed. the looks of the photo, it looks like a well established burger. Texas Whopper; as I recall came with cheese, I don't know if the item changed, or if the person preparing it couldn't read, but my only request was"no onion."
I don’t like the comment of if you don’t know English on here because the workers do the best they can. Some people just need more patience because me and my boyfriend had no trouble with their service or staff.
The home of the flame broiled Whopper. The fast food place where you can have a burger made your way with toppings and condiments. The food was hot, cooked well and close to what the pictures look like. The window staff was professional and polite.Food: 4/5
This is ridiculous. I went to this Burger King to get food. Nobody bothered to answer the drive through within 30 seconds and sat for 10 minutes, drove up to the window and NO ONE WAS THERE, called your phone number and all the answered was fax machine dial up. Shouted to see if anyone would answer and nobody came to the window. There were at least 3 people behind me when I left. Your customer service hasn’t been the greatest before but this is absolutely unacceptable. I came at dinner time when many people are getting off work and you have no employees paying attention to anything. If I could give this review zero stars I genuinely would. Have a serious talk with your employees about smoking or doing the dirty in the walk in because nobody wants to deal with this.
I went through the drive through yesterday morning and the menu was not the breakfast menu so the I told the lady that it’s not the right menu and she says yes it is. So I order my food anyway, hoping she got it right so I go to the window and the lady takes my card and everything. She starts handing out my food to me but I notice the lid was not on right so I tell the lady to put the lid on right because this is the second time she’s done this to me. I didn’t complain the first time and I told her and she says I don’t know because she’s a Mexican lady and she tries to hand me a lid as if not to understand visually what she saw as well. Now I don’t appreciate foreigners pretending to be dumb just to be mean. I don’t appreciate someone not being courteous and professional and saying I’m sorry I will do better next time. To top off the rude and unprofessional non English understanding to tell me I’m no good. She needs to find a new job or change her attitude about how to be a good person herself and not judge people she’s only met through the drive through and see her own faults. Be an adult and do a good job for anyone and everyone who goes there.
They just can't seem to get an order right here. I've come back several times and each time is just such disappointment. I used to love BK, but if never get what I order than it's just not worth it.Food: 2/5
Awesome food consistency, !! Very friendly on both their front counter and drive thru service people!! We will Definitely B there more often !! Kid-friendliness: Highchairs always available. Wheelchair accessibility: Many spaces rt uP front !
Hit drive thru at 10pm. Asked for a number 1 with cheese no ketchup large with a coke. I got a number 1 NO CHEESE WITH KETCHUP AND A DR PEPPER. It's nice to see Burger is consistent in any state at always getting your order wrong in any state.
Great service. Friendly staff, all my food was made to my liking. Definitely will be a returning costumer
I was there at the drive thru at 1120 and they basically refused to serve me, they said they only had chicken. Who doesn't have a whopper 40 minutes before close?
