I ordered some chicken tonight, I asked for 10 pieces spicy. I got home and counted 7, they shorted me 3 pieces. Also, the chicken is not spicy. I was thinking of driving back to get it but the it not worth the drive. So inconvenience. Terrible, I ate here all the time but probably won’t anymore.
Normally this place is good, but last time my Mom and I were there and we ordered a 2 piece and a 3 piece meal. He asked if I wanted it spicy or not, I said no. I said not spicy, just regular. So we get to my Mom's house and we started eating. The chicken looked weird, dark. So we bite in, and it's spicy as hell. We couldn't eat it. I tried peeling the skin off, and it was still spicy. So all we had was a small thing of okra and mashed potatoes. My Mom is very sensitive to spice after she had chemo. So idk if I wanna go there now.
Probably the best chicken sandwich I've had, as well as really good 2 piece and 3 piece meal deals. Way better than their competitor across the street. The food was hot, and stayed hot until I got home. Kudos for not messing up the order, and your quick and efficent service, unlike the "other guys" I'm not sure what it is with Rio Rancho locations, but the fast food service out here is really gross, and the folks at the window just don't seem to care or are too busy to check to make sure all your items are in the bag. This location is okay.
Horrible service ! Half my order was missing !I contacted the manager and he didn’t absolutely nothing ! I will never visit this location again . Please train your managers better and show them what customer service means !
They can never seem to remember sides, biscuits and sometimes main entrees. It’s not difficult to check to make sure an order is complete before sending it out, but for them it seems impossible to do. Don’t waste your time here. Popeyes is much better and just across the street!
I came here a few nights ago and the service was so bad. I got to the window and the guy told me to move out of the window bc they were preparing are food and they didn't want the real time to be posted. They are cheating the system that in place. So rude and hatefulFood: 1/5

Went through the drive thru when I got home and opened my order they had forgotten the Apple pies I had ordered the fries were cold the okra was cold and the bottom buns on the chicken sandwiches were hard. When I called to talk to the manager he said that he was not the manager on duty when I went through the drive Thur and then hung up on me we are going to tell all our friends and family and we will make sure to not order food from this churches in Rio Rancho again there are plenty of other resturants that we can spend our money on in the future
Worst chicken we've ever had. The chicken was cold, tasted like grease, and had more coating than chicken. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the corn on the cob was cold and had no butter on it. We used drive thru and there was a man getting his order thru drive thru. Only difference is that he was on foot. We had to wait a good 15 minutes before we even made it to the drive up window. 30.00 and change for an 8 piece chicken that was horrible! I wouldn't of given it a 1 star but was not given the option. I do not recommend this business.
When we get chicken, it’s usually at Churches on Southern because the Churches In Bernalillo is not very good, however, it saddens me to say that your chicken, coleslaw and biscuits were absolutely horrible yesterday. The chicken legs and thighs were way too small, like Kentucky Fried Chicken, the coleslaw was horrible and the biscuits were hard and old. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease and it had been cooked too long. If I wanted to have that experience we would have gone to the one in Bernalillo or to Kentucky Fried Chicken. Not sure we will be back. We will have to try Popeyes Chicken and see if they are better. I hope you go back to the quality we are used to, but if not, we are done with your restaurant, as well.
