It's the embodiment of "OK". Friendly enough. Food is ok. Dining rooms decent. Bathrooms kind of questionable. Food is prepared with a hint of indifference; not that they don't care, but not that they really care either. If you don't have any other choices you could do worse; if you have other choices, might not be a bad idea to explore those. Nearby call centers with lots of employees probably explain why they're still there - it's the only outside food option they can purchase and make it back on time. If not for that I suspect they'd close. They're rarely busy so you get food pretty quick. Play area for the kids which can be a big plus.

I went to this restaurant at 1030pm on a Sunday night. I never expect anything very good that late at night from any fast food restaurant, but was very surprised to get freshly made food. The burgers and onion rings were delicious. This location has been really good lately. Keep up the good work.
Reviewing the Burger King on 528 just north of Corrales Road next to the new storage facilty. Its by far one of the better Burger Kings, likely because it has a pretty good and friendly manager and staff. Food /buns are pretty fresh. If only other Burger Kings were ran as well.....
Sold me a super thin chicken sandwich meal looks like the are cutting the chicken in half to maximize profits too many horrible experiences at this restaurant.
This is an okay burger king but y'all have a VERY rude employee. The angry girl that worked the drive thru on 11/7 at 2:45 pm was very very unpleasant. The past two times my friends and I have dined here, the drive thru girl has not spoken a word to us only waves her hand for our card. she gives dirty looks and has an attitude when you ask any questions. I am going back tomorrow and I will be filming to show how rude she is
Much better here than it used to be. Fries and onion rings were sometimes much less quantity than they should but things are good now. I'm very upset that the up-and-coming storage facility next door is removing the rear access to the Burger King from Corrales Road! I come from Corrales right down the street and have it makes it much more difficult just to go in there. I don't necessarily frequent Burger King except a treat maybe once a month but that is going to be a potential death-stroke for Burger King and will make the new storage facility look really, really bad. If they're reading this they should reconsider!
The Burger King next to the movie theater and the Shell gas station is the Burger King I frequent. I will never walk into another McDonald's as Long as I am alive. They are gipping the public with their Oreo McFlurries. I have called McDonald's corporate SEVERAL TIMES and found out how they're supposed to make their Oreo McFlurries. I was told by two of the high corporate employees that they are supposed to be mixing Oreo's all the way DOWN TO THE BOTTOM of the cup!! The lazy McDonald's employees are SPRINKLINGS OF Oreo CRUMBS on the top and the rest is just Vanilla ice cream for almost $3????? So not worth it! Burger King was and actually always has been my number one burger place. Burger King employees are not lazy! I have never had a bad thing to say about Burger King their customer service or their food. they work in a timely manner to get you in and out, are friendly and professional. not to mention their burgers are always fresh and their french fries are always fresh. Thank you Burger King employees you all should be acknowledged and given a raise!
It took 10 min for them to awnser the drive through. They always seem closed because no cars or services. Guy said 3.87 for my breakfast crosstont but out of my 5.00 I got 10 cents back they need to close down or get better
Everytime I come to this location the service is chill, fast, and comfortable. I had no idea that people cook with love still and at a fast food restaurant even. I really enjoy my food !
