Employees are flat out rude to everyone. That might be how you treat your friends and family at home but it doesn't work in retail and most self respecting adults will not put up with it. Whomever does the hiring for this location needs to go. Just wow! Go to Allsups next door.
The lady at the front was very disrespectful. She refused service to someone with autism. Some people have anxious tendencies when dealing with going anywhere and for them to have the courage to show up and finally be able to go into even a gas station, that takes courage. Think about others before assuming!
Worst place ever! Got refused service because the woman Madelyn assumed my boyfriend and I were with two other men which was obviously not the case. But she let them pay for gas but refused us service? Was extremely rude since the moment I went inside the store to make a purchase! And to the woman who did this shouldn’t be rude if she can’t handle the same energy that she was giving out. Don’t work at a gas station if you can’t control your emotions & don’t know how to work with people. Never had problems here before until this woman started there.
Don't use the car wash. It use to work great. But now, there's too many issues. They don't want to bother to address them either. This is how it left my car....
It’s OK. It’s a gas station, so what can you expect? The bathrooms could be cleaned up better. They do have food you can purchase, and the gas pumps do work. Sometimes the staff are friendly, but I imagine they get tired from long shifts. In general, this gas station is OK and I don’t expect a ton from a gas station.
If I could rate lower I would. This place use to be good but lately the employees are terrible. They constantly have an attitude and it's clear they hate their job. Another thing I dislike is items in the store are mislabeled with prices.
ANNIE FLOREZ. Told my husband he was behaving weird and that his ID was phony. He is visibly autistic and has tremors. As a cashier for years I even know not to scan it how she did. She didn't 3ven try to scan it again, slower.. Her behavior was discrimination at it's finest and disgusting. She treated him as if he was a criminal. Do BETTER Circle K.
Always closed... never stocked. Update: still always closed but they added new fresh faces that will quit in 2 weeks. So there's that.
If you're in a hurry do not stop here I was the only person in the entire store the girl left to go in the back to do god-knows-what leaving the store unattended then and cash registers go down I needed to go to work very quickly get gas and get a coffee I was at circle K for 35 minutes ridiculous horrible horrible horrible customer service horrible workers they do not care about their customers
