We loved our stay at the Blanco River RV Park. Our 40 foot Motorhome was not a problem in this park. Although they do have accommodations for smaller rigs and tent camping as well. Our space was on a grassy knoll just above the Blanco River -- the river winds right around the park. This park is one of the most beautiful places we've stayed in Colorado. It's a short distance into Pagosa Springs to enjoy all it has to offer. The owners are some of the nicest people we've met in our travels -- they were service oriented and willing to go the extra mile to take care of us! We're definitely coming back!

I've been Full Time RV'ing for 6 years and absolutely love staying at the Blanco River RV Park. It is situated right on the river and is one of the most beautiful locations I've ever visited. Janell and Sonny are some of the most wonderful people you'll ever meet. They go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. The sites are roomy and well cared for. This park is a hidden gem. If you want the true SW Colorado experience, this is the place to stay.

This place is amazing! Clean, courteous, family and pets welcome! We've been coming for 10 years and will always return! Our family and friends are always welcomed with gracious hospitality! Quiet, with a waterside parking, sites to accommodate any camper! From the tent to the biggest rig!! Clean facilities, private showers and toilets, laundry and a clubhouse,,, and all with green grass and charm!

My children and I stayed a little over a week here. It was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Office has wifi, washer and dryers, puzzles and games, drinks and ice. They also have a very spotless and clean bathroom area where you can enjoy a nice hot shower as the motor homes hot water didn't last long. It's also a dog friendly place. Don't let the bad reviews stop you from coming and enjoying this place! As there are 2 parks side by side. I know that the other parks guests aren't allowed to use the luxuries that blanco river park offers like the showers, fire pits and the river. You get what you pay for. The owners are very helpful and sweet. Janel is an outstanding person and loves their customers and wants to know them as friends as many return here for vacations. Sonny is very knowledgeable and will help with whatever you need help with.

Terrible Host! I arrived 4 minutes after 7:00, their office closing time. He was furious, and refused to rent me a space. He told me the campground was closed for the season. (This I found out the next day was a lie.) It was after sunset and getting dark. I explained I couldn't see at night and really needed to stop driving. He could care less. Luckily the Pagosa Springs Campground is right next door. Friendly hosts and a much nicer campground than Blanco RV, so it worked out well for me!
