Reviews

This was a bit further from Pagosa Springs than I would have liked but we went in April and there weren't many options. 
The bads -
No cell service and the bathrooms/showers had an overall feel of dirty. Hair on the floors ect.
The goods -
The park itself was nice and in a beautiful location. Next to a winding river, with a pond and very well maintained green spaces. Host was very friendly.

My family and I had a great time at this campground. When wee stayed here. There were hummingbirds everywhere and the kids had a great time with this. There was a river running around the campground. There were gates for irrigation and a bunch of friendly farm animals around. We would stay here again.

We had a great time here.  The staff was very friendly and the location we camped at next to the creek was great.

Only got to stay here 1 night in December while traveling through, but we were very impressed by the beautiful area & the wonderful customer service!  Look forward to another opportunity to stay for longer!
