What a beautiful great place to stay plenty of shade & friendly owner Jennifer. They have big clean showers & restrooms. We've been to many along our trip but this one was the absolute best. I would recommend everyone stop there if your in or going thru Pagosa CO!!!!

The RV park is OK if you have a big rig and can stay on the side of the park. We had a trailer and were placed next to a rundown permanent trailer that people lived in. The trailer should have been condemned and people not allowed to live in it. Most of the permanent trailers were this way. It was not pleasant. Our neighbors were using Marajuana which I know is legal in Colorado- but not for people who want a nice camping experience. I would not recommend this place.
