This place was the ultimate in Hot Springs Spa. There were various spas about the property with different temperature ranges to suit anyone's needs. Once inside the locker rooms there were clean showers and plenty of lockers to put her clothing. We truly enjoyed our show as we had been riding our motorcycles for many hours and needed the relaxation. The price was perfect  the free would have been better  but we can't have everything . I highly recommend this place

This was our first stay at Pagosa RV park and it will certainly NOT be our last. We were so impressed by the hospitality of the whole staff especially Daryl and Tammy. Their warm welcome made us feel right at home -just like we were one of the family. Like it said on their website, we received a Bottle of Wine and ice cream upon check in. Impressive. 
They helped us get settled into our RV space and made sure we were comfortable.
The park is BEAUTIFUL, lush green grass for each space, perfectly manicured. 
Tammy gave us a tour of the cabins. Wow, they are immaculately clean and she did an amazing job decorating them. Very cozy!!!
We took our own ATVs, and Daryl gave us great directions for some amazing trails with waterfalls. 
Everyone around us love the place and said they had been coming here for yrs.  We will be doing the same. Planning on another trip this season.  Best RV park we've stayed at, by far!

My Grandparents and I happened to stumble across this place when a reservation we thought we made never went through at another camp ground. We were SO thankful they happened to have 1 spot left for the night! In the morning I got to enjoy some hot coffee and cool conversation with the family (while trying to convince them to hire me so I never had to leave.) We were so impressed by the hospitality, we booked a 3 day weekend in September and I cannot wait to get back there!

The owners were incredibly nice from the moment we arrived. They knew our names and were very personable! My husband and I do not own an RV so we stayed in one of their cabins, which were very clean and stocked for cooking if you wish. We went for our honeymoon and weren't sure of what all to do or where to eat and the owners had amazing recommendations. We ended up enjoying our stay so much that we didn't want to leave! They also rent ATVs and Kayaks and can tell you the best places to take them! It is only 10 short minutes from Pagosa Springs also! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone!

This is a family run RV park that makes you feel like part of the family when you stay there.   It is so peaceful and quiet and well kept.  We also rented a UTV from them and Daryl suggested a route for us to explore.  We had a great time.   Thanks Daryl,  Tammy and Nick.   Definitely recommend staying here!  And enjoy your complimentary wine and ice cream when you do.
