These folks let us stay for a night in April. It was perfect. They were so friendly and helpful! We practically had the place to ourselves. Gorgeous views, right on the river, beautiful pond, and perfect location close to Pagosa. If I'm ever in the Pagosa Springs area again I will definitely be staying here.

This is one of the best local campgrounds in the Pagosa area if you want to be on or near the river. Clean and we'll managed, there is also a small store with things you may need.it is very popular on holiday weekends do be sure to call for reservations. They can accommodate virtually all camper setups from big rigs to tents.

Loved our three night stay. Staff was very helpful and while we went in Winter season, they were still accommodating. We had a beautiful spot by the river. Love that they made the space so perfect for dogs too!

Beautiful tent sites right by the river. Clean shower, Life is Good!

Great camping spot if you have little ones. My wife and daughter enjoyed sleeping next to the creek.
