Was very disappointed walking in here one afternoon to see what they had. I was ignored by half a dozen sales people, who seemed to be more concerned with hanging out and talking to each other than actually paying attention to a customer that just came in their store.
Not a very customer friendly showroom. Each bike is basically labeled "Don't touch!" How do I know if I want to even test ride a bike if I can't sit on it?!
I did ask one representative about a specific Yamaha model, to which his response was "Oh, we don't ever have those." Rather than offer any alternative solution or point me to a dealer that might be able to help, he abruptly left the conversation at that.
As someone who is looking to make a first time motorcycle purchase and become a lifelong rider, this store almost discouraged me from pursuing that dream.

I bought a Honda 4 wheeler here in 2016. They had the best price around, which I appreciated. I never received any of the rebates that I was supposed to get from Honda, which didn't bother me too much knowing that I got a good deal. The salesman are ok. Not the greatest by any means. But definitely not the type that pressure a person, which is good.
      The major problem is the parts counter is absolutely horrendous.  They treat you like you're not worthy of their parts or time.  I went in and asked for an oil filter for my Honda Rancher. I was given the wrong one. I had to come in the next day to get the right one and the parts person was very rude and couldn't even apologize. I will never be going back to this place again.

Tried to buy a sportsmans 4 wheeler, salesman has a horrible attitude! I understood they couldn't match another dealers deal, but they were the only ones that had the color I wanted. I was ready to pull the trigger until I tried to find out about parts for the machine and he wasn't interested in helping me.  That's the worst experience I've ever had with a sales person, I'll just wait till another dealer gets the color I want

Two big thumbs up for the sales team at Plaza. Inquired about the new CRF250L Rally 6 months ago and left my information with James. As soon as he had one built he called me to let me know. I went down and looked the bike over and decided to purchase. James was helpful and easy going throughout the transaction. I also decided to trade in a couple of bikes and the Plaza guys were able and willing. I got a great valuation from Jeff, and the trade in process was painless. I also got to meet Mike as they did the financing. Again another great guy and the process was straight forward with no hidden surprises or gimmicks. Having purchased more than 50 motorcycles from various dealers and private parties, I can honestly say buying a bike from Plaza was one of the better experiences I've had. If I find myself in the market for another bike from a manufacture they represent, I would happily purchase from them again. Thanks so much guys!

Horrible experience in the repair/service department. Warning read other reviews about their repair department.  Their retail side and show room seemed enjoyable for my time and their selection there.  Id consider buying from them but NEVER using repair department again.  I took 4 wheeler in over 2 months ago, in the slow off season.  They said they'd be done in a week or so and call me.  Never a call back, so 3 weeks later i called them, they needed another part to order, but they should be done in a week and call me.  Again no call back, 3 weeks later i called them, and some small part or item still needed to be done, but in a week or less it would be complete.  Now its almost 3 months ago, over 5 callbacks from me only, and they just said it would be done next Thursday, and they would call me back.?? hum  ... all this for replacing a starter and probably a starter relay on a little Yamaha 4 wheeler 90 which they sell often???  ...I think you get the picture.
