I found a shotgun here once it's a great price and I bought it. The experience was good but I had to wait till the next day to bring it home because they couldn't get ahold of the government people to do the background check. That's why it's only four stars instead of five. Big 5 is where I buy my shoes. I have a very wide foot and the only shoes that have ever fit well worthy New Balance 686 is that always seem to be available at Big 5. So, when I need to buy shoes, I don't even think of anywhere else to go, if you have wide feet I recommend this place. If you have narrow feet, I would not know.

If I could put a 0 score I would. The lady that wad working the front desk was rather short, rude and inconsiderate of my girl. She went in to look for those spandex shorts and they lady said they only have them in smaller sizes and rather short. Not volleyball type. It sounded like she wad saying if your not skinny like a twig your wasting your time here. Never again going into this store. Customer service sucks bad. ( would use other words but I choose not to)

Big 5 is great for certain things.  I came quite out my finger on what those are but they have some good deals once in a while.  My Dad bought shoes here and likes them.  I purchased two skateboards for my kids and they were priced right.

Typically a quick stop for most sporting goods, though I was sad they didn't have pull up bands. Otherwise the staff always greets me upon arrival and usually offers to help me find something if they see me browsing for more than a minute.

Nice staff just a small store. We were looking for something specific tbey did not carry it.  The four stars is due to everything jammed into a small store.
