We bought a used Jeep Wrangler from this location. When we went for a test drive we noticed that the radio didn't work at all. The salesman claimed one of the techs was a Jeep enthusiast and had tried to repair the radio. We decided to buy the Jeep anyway but wanted to adjust the price because of the radio not working. We haggled with the salesman over the value of the vehicle. The dealership it added Bluetooth, mp3 and u-connect capability even though the radio didn't work at all. They also added a tow package to the value of the vehicle despite there not even being a hitch. Luckily I was able to reason with the salesman and tell him that half the stuff he's added to increase the value of the vehicle wasn't even there. However when I got home and took apart the dash to fix or replace the radio I noticed that his Jeep enthusiastic Tech hadn't put one screw back how to reattach the trim and the dash pieces to the car. Everything was clipped in, some of the clips were missing or broken, and that was about it. I've since ordered the parts from a Jeep dealer to put the dash back together correctly. I understand this is a BMW dealership and they may not know how to fix a Jeep but they should know how to put screws back when they take them out. I probably wouldn't service a luxury car here with such little attention to detail. For some reason they also didn't process the title and the registration for the vehicle until after the temporary tags they gave us expired. I honestly expected more because I used to own a 5 Series and service it at Annapolis BMW and they never made lazy mistakes like this.

In the past, I as well as multiple friends of mine have had bad customer service experiences with other BMW dealerships.  Despite that, I knew I wanted a new BMW so I checked reviews for other BMW dealers in the area.  I saw some of the same negative experiences by other customers at other dealers in the area.  However, BMW of Alexandria was different.  Many of the reviews were positive so I my made me decision to give them a try solely based on those good reviews.  

Well they did not disappoint! The service was great from the moment I walked in to the final surprise photo of me in my brand new BMW!  We all hate the car buying process but this had to be the least painful (and I've done this several times)!

Great location with a large selection of vehicles. Came here for a routine service, the cashiers were a little unprofessional and so involved in their personal conversations that they checked me out with someone else’s car. Management however is more professional and the dealership has a great service department and Lee in sales is awesome! I would definitely recommend this location!

We just purchased a new BMW at BMW of Alexandria - Arlington, and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Lila Branch was very knowledgeable and employed a no-pressure approach that really made us feel comfortable and confident buying there. The whole team was great to deal with, and I believe they made us an excellent deal that made us drive away feeling good not only about our gorgeous new car, but about excellent package they offered us. We will definitely go back next time we're ready for another new car. 

Be sure to ask for Lila. She's awesome!

What an outstanding team at BMW of Alexandria! I went in to purchase a new car and I must say this was the most painless purchase I've ever made! 

Roy was very accommodating to my car requirements, and he provided honest feedback in regards to what I was looking for. I was in good hands during my whole experience from sales with Roy , finance with AK, and meeting some of the other team members who had been in the business for over 30+ years. I really felt like they pulled out the red carpet and made me feel like I was part of the BMW family!  I absolutely love my new car ! Thank you Roy!
