Ray Williams of Sheehy Volkswagen was simply amazing! He was very professional, very personable, and funny. He made sure that we got a good deal and worked with us the entire time we were there. Ray Williams was the ONLY REASON we bought the vehicle there. Ray Williams was respectful, attentive, and very informative about the particular vehicle my husband and I were looking at and eventually purchased. Ray Williams made our experience at this dealership! I would recommend him to anyone that wanted to purchase a vehicle. As for the two Johns that worked there, one of them being the General Manager, they could definitely practice better customer service and in general a lesson about customer courtesy. When asking about a particular form my husband had to fill out the General Manager John was very rude and condescending towards my husband and brother in law. When they stated they did not understand why this form was being run (as it was something they had never heard of before) John who said he was the General Manager very rudely said "I don't understand what you don't understand." speaking to us as if we were idiots. I have worked in customer service for 13 years and NEVER treated any customer that had a understandable question about a product as rudely and condescendingly as he did. He also stated that he was not pleased that we brought up the fact that another dealership that called us as we walked into their establishment were willing to beat their offer. Stating something to the effect that we were wasting his time and that we were essentially trying to swindle the dealership. He treated us as if we were trying to con them out of a product when we simply were looking for the best deal and had no idea that dealership was even open the day we came in to their dealership. As the general manager of a car company and a practitioner of capitalism I would think that he would understand that competition is the basis of capitalism and what built the store he works at. To state treat us as if we were trying to con him instead of seeing what the best deal and acting like he would not do the same thing is very hypocritical and he should be ashamed of himself and how he treats his customers. His overall attitude towards us left something wanting in encountering him. The other John gentleman that worked in the back area with the general manager also had the same attitude towards us when we were discussing the pricing on of their employees offered my husband. He looked at my husband and spoke to him like he was an idiot or crazy. I never in all my life have seen two people that work at a car dealership treat complete strangers that want to purchase a product with them with such disrespect and contempt. They should really take time out of their day and thank Ray Williams for his complete and opposite treatment towards us. Again, Ray Williams and the gentleman that worked in the finance office we spoke with were the only two gentlemen that day we got to encounter. Ray Williams is what I hope every customer encounters when purchasing a vehicle. He is an example of courtesy, kindness, professionalism in his company. My husband and I were COMPLETELY and TOTALLY happy with Ray's service to us and his behavior is something to be modeled after in car dealerships. I hope that any customer that walks into Sheehy Volkswagen gets the great pleasure of having Ray Williams be their sales consultant. I would like to personally thank Ray Williams for his wonderful personality, professionalism, and time getting to know us and providing us with the best deal and service.

David Perez at this dealership made buying a car smooth. He answered every question I had about the different vehicles and any other question I had. He made the process quick and was not pushy at all. The whole time I was there I did not feel like I had to do anything at all, he didn't make me feel any pressure. For my next vehicle will definitely come by to see David again and he sure will be getting referrals from me. Awesome job David and thank you again.

You know everything was amazing at first. Sales man was awesome. Then everything took a turn for the worst. We get into the finance department after waiting 2 1/2 hours (which we paid in cash so there was no reason for us to wait that long, expecially when we were the only customers there.) Anyways finance lady says the buyer of the car can leave so she left. Then they come back saying she needs to come back or you won’t get the truck. Then pro seeded to say very rude things after they messed up. Then we leave with the truck and now we keep greeting threatening text messages saying they better have the title of the truck we traded in or we will have problems. (When the finance lady said we could send it in within 10 days. It’s only been 3) this is so ridiculous. Go else where not worth the drama and problems.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership went very smooth from beginning to end. The sales agent Ray was very professional and down to earth. He worked very hard to get me my wife a much better deal than anticipated. The whole team that worked on our deal was very courteous and engaging. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend this dealership to others.

I bought my 2017 Golf with Sheehy VW in early October. My experience working with Ron was a memorable one, as he was honest and professional from beginning to end. I had visited a few other locations before this one, but Sheehy was the only place that didn't play any games (there were many places that gave me a quote they couldn't follow up on). I was able to buy my car at a price I was very happy with and the process was quite painless and smooth-going. Ron was very personable, professional but friendly! I remember that when everything was finished, he sat in the passenger's seat and went through explaining all the functions of the car before I drove it home. He even set up the bluetooth with my phone, which I appreciated. When my license plates came in, Ron sent them to me promptly. Ron is clearly great at what he does, and I would be happy to return here to do business with him again in the future.
