Scheduled an appointment for a recall fix.  They offered an appointment the next day and were VERY nice and helpful.  I'd been meaning to change my oil for a few weeks and had oil and the filter in the trunk. They used my oil and filter and didn't charge extra.  There were a few recommended repairs which I declined but they took care to explain them to me in detail, along with a timeline so I can be sure to get the repairs done before it becomes a larger issue.  They did not pressure me to get them right away.  Overall a very positive experience.

I contacted MINI of Alexandria online and received a response immediately from Nick Zavala. He was prompt and efficient and kind in following up with all my inquiries online, then by phone, and then answering all my questions in person.  His being so professional and knowledgeable made my car-buying experience calm and easy. He went the extra mile. Thank you as well to Stacie, who helped with the financing. Both Nick and Stacie provide great customer service.

Excellent service department!  They are very focused on customer service and the customer experience!  Thank you Mini Cooper for outstanding commitment to your customers!

I had a few service requests that my service partner worked with from getting a loaner car, to helping me with the issue at hand. I called back and even requested one more item and he gladly took care of this request!  Great Customer care and attention to detail!  Love Mini Of Alexandria!!

We worked with Nick, Peter, and Paul, who were all extremely attentive, helpful, and flexible.  I would especially highlight Nick Zavala, who spent as much time with us as we needed, and did everything he could to ensure that the selection and purchase of our car went smoothly.  He explained and demonstrated the features and differences between models and options clearly and knowledgeably.

Blake is the best. He is not your typical "sales person," but rather a thought partner. He learns about you as a driver to help make the best decision for you. You can tell he really loves making people happy.
