Failed customer service and unprofessional behavior. First sales rep I met with we looked at vehicles, exchanged sales numbers and didn't hear back until 2 days later I had to call to follow up. I was then assigned to another rep who was young, excellent, and eager; but, unfortunately was played by his floor manager. The floor manager himself was initially pleasant to work with but was shifty regarding the mutually agreed upon terms of the sale to the point I eventually cancelled delivery and walked away. It seems that this location has a significant organizational integrity issue; my advice would to spend $8K more on a car and go to BMW or Mercedes where the luxury car buying experience and service is the true gold standard. UPDATE: Spoke with Rod, the President of Radley, on a follow up regarding my experience. He spoke with genuine concern and it was quite obvious that he is committed to providing excellent service. His conversation brought me to reconsider and I was contacted by Mike from the Woodbridge location and got a deal done with ease and excellent communication. Rod and Mike made this transaction a wonderful experience and I'd come back any day. Thanks gents.

POOR customer service - ZERO responsiveness. Buying my car was a 5-star experience. Having my car serviced there was pretty good as well. HOWEVER, you need to speak to someone AFTER your purchase? Someone in the finance department? Ain't nobody got time for that! Called EVERY day for two weeks now, emailed, left messages for the finance department - not one call back to address my concern and/or answer my question. Asked to speak to a manager - "sorry they are not available at this time but will give you a call back." They are only interested in selling cars - not customer service.

This service location needs to work on customer service and scheduling. Appointments can be made, but they are rarely kept by the service team. I had to drive back and forth from around Richmond a total of 3 times so far to try to figure out what was wrong with my car - to correct an issue that was present a month after purchase (this is a Acura certified car). Prior to the third trip, I had tried to confirm the appointment for the test drive. The service technician that I had spoken with earlier in the week, as well as the service rep was out. Asked one of the receptionists to have a service rep and later manager to give me a call back. No one did. She told us to just come in and someone would be present to assist us despite being told that we would have to travel a long distance for some empty promise. Got in and had to wait 20 mins before being able to speak with a service rep, then asked to wait an hour before anyone would be able to assist. It has been over an hour and nothing. Still sitting and waiting. No updates or anything. It is now 2:05pm. I doubt that they would be able to do a test drive and fix the problem before closing. Update: Went for an hour test drive around 2:15pm and we were not able to replicate the issue that was occurring with the car. The manager, Fernando, chalked it up to a freak occurrence. We asked what would happen if the problem occurred again and said that it should be looked at more thoroughly since we had already paid for the service the first go around. He replied stating that since we weren't able to replicate the problem, it will be assumed that it was fixed. Furthermore, he suggested that if it occurs again to get my car serviced at another Acura dealership location! Service has gone downhill with high turnover of the service reps and managers! This location does NOT value its customers - point made clearly by sending them to other places! Take your car, time, and money elsewhere that truly cares and knows what they are doing!

I LOVE this place! From the first, to the second & third car bought from them. Their customer service is amazing. Jeremy (the manager) is friendly. I recently went to get my car fixed, & now it is working smooth. Jansy and Karen (receptionist) were professional. I am very satisfied with this car dealership and there services. I WILL recommend to all of my friends & family members!

Horrible experience with service department. old customer try to schedule my B1 service and may be brake replacement. When I was spoke to the lady in service department. She seems do not understand what is B1 and ask me to explain waht kind of service I am requesting. asking for loaner car possibility, I was turned down by just saying I am not qualify. How do you know I am not before you know how much I am going to spend on maintenance and other service? when I ask someone else to answer the phone, she ask me to leave a message. Well...hung up and said bye. please have your staff trained before have the phone picked up.
