We recently purchased our first "luxury vehicle" from Passport Infiniti in Alexandria.  It was an incredible experience.  From the first telephone contact, to arriving at the dealership, to the actual sale and financing process, everything was smooth like butter.  There was no "high pressure" or any of those type tactics.  The team (and I say team because that is how they work at Passport, like a well-oiled machine) listened to what our wants and needs were, and worked with us. The price we agreed and accepted was at least $1K less than a local, nearby competitor.  Now, where the real test comes in...how was Passport after the sale?  Incredible.  We purchased a "demo" model so it had about 1,300 miles on it, so there were some blemishes that needed to be addressed, which Passport did, without argument or comment.  In fact, in the words (paraphrasing) of the Sales Manager, "We sold you a new car and that is what you will get, a new car in new condition."  I'm not sure if this is how "the other half" lives, but this was an incredible experience; markedly, the best sales experience I have ever had (and at almost 53 years old, I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my years).  Go to Passport, tell them what you want-they WILL listen, and let them handle your sale experience.

Very nice people and professional. We were assisted as soon as we walked thru the door. Our personal assistant was James Howar, very knowledgeable salesman on the infinity line. Would recommend worth the drive!

Joe customer service was amazing. I had a desperate situation with my car and Joe was able to repair it in a timely manner. That allowed me to get to my destination with no problem. He took his time to explain for my understanding. I think Joe is wonderful.

100% best customer service in the DMV. Finding trustworthy and honest people to work on your car is tough, but I am a 2 year patron of Passport Infiniti and I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Special shout out to JC and Kevin for the top rate customer service. If you need to get your vehicle serviced or repaired, you will be in good hands.
